Dalat Phuong 3 Hotels

The hotel photo on the website is photoshopped. In reality, these are old, shabby rooms with a smaller area. When booking, it was stated 25 meters, but in fact no more than 18, we had to ask to remove some of the furniture - because there was no room to turn around. There is a noisy restaurant under the hotel, where loud music plays from early morning until evening. Local residents burn garbage right under the windows, we had to negotiate with them, the room was smoky. No refrigerator and safe, the most meager breakfast that we have ever had. On the plus side - a beautiful view of the hills from the room window, friendly staff who upgraded our room category without extra charge. As a result, we moved to another hotel after completing the booking.

The staff are amazing and it's out of the way of the noise of the city so we slept really well. If you need washing completed, speak to the staff directly rather than through the hotel, they'll really go the extra mile for you. It is on the other side of the river and you'll need to get a grab taxi to get onto the centre. The room itself is OK, carpets could have been vacuumed and stained removed alittle and the cold water went off one day but for the price, its decent.

We came as a family of 3 and chose the superior triple room, which was spacious and large enough for our luggage. The bed was soft and firm, and we slept well. There was no dust in the room. We tried to wipe the edges of the windows. The hotel is located near the bus station that we used to travel back and forth, which was very convenient. It was also close to the city center. We could easily rent a motorbike to travel. We returned to the hotel in peace and quiet. The reception staff provided good service and recommended local restaurants that were very delicious. We had to leave our bags because we chose to travel back by the midnight bus. The staff allowed us to leave our bags and sit and wait for the time. The breakfast was Vietnamese style. The noodle menu was spicy and delicious. It was eaten hot and suited the city atmosphere. Our family was impressed. It was a pity that we only stayed for 1 night.

The hotel is located in pine trees, behind which there is a view of the lake .... what could be better? Very quiet (once on Saturday we heard the sounds of karaoke in the evening) and the air is saturated with pine trees, you can hear birds everywhere, the territory is ennobled and it is pleasant to walk along it. I like the rooms with their panoramic windows and the presence of a bath, and if you take it as a whole, I would like more details in the form of a floor lamp, maybe small pillows and other attributes of coziness. Without them, it is somehow bare. The people working at the reception are very nice and so is the staff. It is better to take breakfast in the form of fried eggs, I do not recommend soup. It is a little lacking the opportunity to walk near the lake, there are no lanterns and paths. But there is a cafe nearby with a beautiful view, I definitely recommend it as an opportunity to spend time. Delivery services with food or groceries come here, so you can provide yourself with lunch and dinner in this form. There are almost no establishments nearby, or with a questionable set of dishes for an unreasonably high price. The hotel also has a pickleball court, but it's better to bring your own rackets. I'll definitely come back to this hotel again!

Overall it's beautiful, but the road at night is deserted without street lights, sad at night. Renting a car to get in and out of the center is a bit inconvenient. The water is always hot ok, the rooms are clean, happy New Year's Eve

The hotel is located separately from the city so the atmosphere is great. At night you can see the stars. The receptionist is cute and attentive. When the whole family arrived, they also gave us tickets for the evening buffet. However, the garden view on the first floor overlooks the restaurant so we can't see anything. The family next door is very noisy. At 1am, I couldn't sleep so I called the receptionist. They also didn't show me how to close the mesh window overlooking the garden because it's very difficult to close and doesn't block the noise.

I rented a deluxe double room with a valley view and was extremely satisfied. The room was comfortable, the view was beautiful, and the furniture was fully furnished. Service 10/10, the owner was super funny and friendly. The only downside was that the shower gel didn't smell good and was a bit cheap 🥲

- It's perfect! The hotel is a little outside the city centre (10 minutes walk) but this makes it very quiet! The hotel is very clean and clean !
