Shameful establishment: We reserve a quadruple room in August for a mid-February stay of 6 nights at €16 (425,000VND)/night for a total of €96. At the end of January, the owner came back to us to simply announce, initially that the price/night had increased to 1,000,000 VND (38€)/night then to 1,400,000 VND (53€), for a total of 318€. ＞＞ See screenshot of Booking Messaging. The price has tripled ! The owner finallly canceled our booking because we refused to pay 3 times the price initially displayed on Booking. We were traveling with a young child and he left our family in huge embarrassment 2 weeks before we arrived in Dalat !!!

Были в этом отеле в феврале 2023 года. При выборе обращали внимание на отзывы и цены и, казалось бы, тут все должно быть отлично, но увы и ах - иногда жизнь преподносит сюрпризы. Расположен отель очень удачно, есть где покушать, в шаговой доступности местное озеро и торговый центр. Очень улыбчивый персонал, быстрое заселение. А дальше начинаются нюансы… Номер, который нам достался, оказался без окон (поэтому уточняйте заранее, если не хотите, как мы, сидеть или с включенным светом, или в вырвиглазной темноте). Кстати, на букинге не было ни слова об этом «маленьком» нюансе. Мебель старая, телевизор с кинескопом висит под потолком (даже интересно стало, как они такую бандуру вешали). При этом все необходимое, кроме кондиционера, в номере было - шкаф, два стула, столик, большая кровать, фен, холодильник. В ванной комнате помимо стандартного набора из шампуней и гелей были гигиенические наборы для чистки зубов. Постельное белье оказалось чистым, матрас был без пролежней, а подушки держали форму. Выспаться нам удалось, но провести в этом отеле в темном номере больше одной ночи я бы не хотел. Кстати, на ресепшене нам сказали, что есть вай-фай, но подключиться мы к нему не смоги :(
