The hotel photo on the website is photoshopped. In reality, these are old, shabby rooms with a smaller area. When booking, it was stated 25 meters, but in fact no more than 18, we had to ask to remove some of the furniture - because there was no room to turn around.
There is a noisy restaurant under the hotel, where loud music plays from early morning until evening. Local residents burn garbage right under the windows, we had to negotiate with them, the room was smoky.
No refrigerator and safe, the most meager breakfast that we have ever had.
On the plus side - a beautiful view of the hills from the room window, friendly staff who upgraded our room category without extra charge. As a result, we moved to another hotel after completing the booking.

Room condition and amenities did not look like the photos they show at all.
The king size bed is fake news too.
Weird stains on sofa, wall and bed sheets and dirty floor when we checked in is horrible.
Very good customer service and friendly staffs save the day!

All of their staff especially the receptionists who assisted us were very helpful ,friendly and competent. Deserved extra bonus😄 Renting a motorbike also very easy with affordable price. The room is spacious, clean and i enjoyed the free foot bath and the view from our window was splendid!! We will definitely come again.

Excellently located hotel. Gorgeous views from the window. Waking up and seeing the valley in the sun is just a fairy tale. Not far from the bus station (15 minutes walk). That is, there is no need for a taxi at all.
The room was cleaned every day. They also renew little joys (brushes, coffee, water, etc.). Everywhere is very clean. Bath accessories are all there (gels, shampoo, etc. are of very good quality)
The staff is very friendly. They will always help and tell you what you need.
The hotel has bikes at a reasonable price. Take it right away. Dalat is definitely worth a ride.
The only negative is the breakfast. They exist, but they are quite specific. I don't think it will suit everyone. Part of the breakfast was at the hotel, and part of it was purchased independently (for example, pastries with coffee)
I highly recommend the place. Especially for those who love nature and taking beautiful photographs.
