NEW LIFE HOTEL DALAT

We came as a family of 3 and chose the superior triple room, which was spacious and large enough for our luggage. The bed was soft and firm, and we slept well. There was no dust in the room. We tried to wipe the edges of the windows. The hotel is located near the bus station that we used to travel back and forth, which was very convenient. It was also close to the city center. We could easily rent a motorbike to travel. We returned to the hotel in peace and quiet. The reception staff provided good service and recommended local restaurants that were very delicious. We had to leave our bags because we chose to travel back by the midnight bus. The staff allowed us to leave our bags and sit and wait for the time. The breakfast was Vietnamese style. The noodle menu was spicy and delicious. It was eaten hot and suited the city atmosphere. Our family was impressed. It was a pity that we only stayed for 1 night.

The hotel looks French-style, and the environment is very good by the mountains. The room facilities are very dilapidated, the first day given the room one air conditioning one without air conditioning, strongly requested the next day to change to two air conditioned rooms, toilet door is very difficult to open and close, hotel breakfast options are not too many, free hot pot with two soups in the evening, only free vegetables and noodles.

This hotel has a really pretty evening city view and is located in a place that isn't too crowded, so it was quiet and nice~

Hotel location... Ambiguous, more than 4km from the city center Hotel view.... Booked after reading a review that said the view provided during breakfast was spectacular.. However,,,,, it's just a mountain village scenery,,,, Hotel cleanliness... Room cleaning is no different,,, While eating at the window seat with a view of the breakfast restaurant, consider the dead bugs on the window frame,,, What was even more difficult,,, The fact that a fly fell on the plate during the meal,,,, Hotel service..... The staff is so-so,,,, Breakfast? Well???,,, It's better not to expect much for this price range,,, Breakfast starts at 6am, but it's not ready,,, The baguette provided is in a large bag, It's like a baguette that looks like laundry,,, Hotel facilities...... It's a facility that's been around for over 10 years,,,, The breakfast restaurant is enough to disappoint you,,, I have no intention of visiting again,,,,

We had a huge problem with hotel room allocation. I booked a deluxe double room with city view for 2 nights through Trip.com almost a month before moving in. However, the reception showed me a room with a street view in English, which I couldn't understand, but they gave me a room with a view of an alley where the noise of motorcycles was loud, rather than a room with a clear view of downtown Dalat, which was literally the main purpose of booking this hotel. I immediately complained to the reception that it was not the room I had booked, and they insisted that the street view room was correct. If you want to upgrade to city view, you have to pay an additional fee. So, when I checked and showed the reservation voucher, they now absurdly told me to resolve the matter directly with the reservation agency site, i.e. Trip.com. I protested strongly, saying it was nonsense, and only then did they call management and give me a free upgrade. First of all, I was the one who was disappointed, so I said ok and walked away, but I can't shake off my unpleasant feelings. They're looking at me as a total care worker. The deluxe double room I booked has no street view other than the city view, and the room initially assigned to me was probably the cheapest room in this hotel. There's no doubt about it. I think they tried to take advantage of the fact that they couldn't communicate well with each other and steal the room from Dumbtang or Good. After reading about this hotel, there was someone who posted a similar case. If you are reading my review, I recommend that you check the room assignment carefully when making a reservation and make sure that the room you reserved is the same as the actual room. I have been traveling to Vietnam several times on my own, and the people there sometimes have a bad habit of hitting on travelers.

1. The location is far from the city center, but it was nice that there were no motorcycle/taxi horns because it was away from the city center. I took a taxi all day and it didn't even cost me 10,000 won, so I think it's okay in terms of transportation. 2. Cleanliness: It wasn't bad, I didn't feel it was very clean (the building felt old/the restrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned/there was a sewer smell sometimes), but the room was still comfortable. 3. Service: It wasn't bad, but I definitely made a reservation for the city view through Trip.com, but when I checked in, they said it was a street view and told me to pay extra to use the city view:: Fortunately, Trip.com also supports Vietnamese, so the reservation information was in Vietnamese. He said he only realized it when I showed it to him. If it hadn't worked out, I would have paid a lot of money. 4. The facilities are not bad, but overall there were a lot of Chinese people, so I went to breakfast a little late and there was nothing to eat at all. There was no noise from outside, but the noise between floors and walls was almost nothing. The passageway to eat breakfast was made of iron, so the noise was no joke, and the noise of Chinese kids screaming and making noise made me wake up and it was really stressful. Honestly, the view is pretty, but I felt like this place was Bang-by-Bang, and I don't think I'll visit again.
