The hotel is located a little outside the city center. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were okay. Unfortunately, we had some mold in the bathroom. Our mattress was rock hard and anything but comfortable.

To be honest, it's only beautiful from the outside. The rooms aren't exactly sparkling clean. Another minus is that it's located far from the center.

The hotel felt like a small palace and it felt good
The biggest reason I chose this hotel was because it had a whirlpool. They first gave us a broken whirlpool room and fixed it. They came and went for an hour and then moved us to a room next door, but when we got there, it was a room one level lower.
I was so shocked. I called the manager and asked for the front desk staff, and only then did they change us to a room in the building next door. Our plan to go to the night market was canceled and we couldn't go to the Dalat night market.
However, the room was clean and pretty. If they had checked the facilities in advance and given us a proper room, I would have felt a little bad.
