Disappointing Experience at Duy Long Hotel
I recently stayed at Duy Long hotel and unfortunately, I had a less than satisfactory experience. The hotel itself was fine, but the customer service was disappointing. When checking out, I was asked by the manager to pay for the bed sheet because of a small stain on it. I explained that it was just a small, accidental stain that did not affect the quality or cleanliness of the bed sheet, but they still insisted that I pay.
The manager's approach was very rigid and unsympathetic, which made me even more frustrated. I have stayed at many other hotels before, and such small issues have never been an issue. It was disappointing that they chose to handle it this way instead of finding a more reasonable solution.
I expected more from a hotel that advertises quality and hospitality. Unfortunately, I left feeling more frustrated than satisfied. I will not be returning and advise everyone to think carefully before booking here.
