Improving the equipment in the room to be the best is ok, and for hygiene, I think the owner should use a dry towel to dry it completely after cleaning, it will look cleaner when entering the room.

The room is not like the picture. I booked the highest room category but when I arrived, it was a different room category, it felt like I was scammed. The bed was too small for one person, there was nothing like the description. I contacted the female receptionist at the hotel and she kept saying she didn't know, she didn't know that it was the booking company's fault, meaning Trip was scamming customers or what????? After talking for a while, she still refused to resolve it and ignored me. The experience was extremely extremely the worst ever, making me extremely frustrated. Not to mention the hotel's hygiene was extremely dirty, the previous guest's hair was still on the bed sheet with stains, there was no shampoo or shower gel on toilet paper, and even less. I hope this hotel doesn't appear on Trip anymore because it's no different from a scam with a price that's not cheap!

The place is generally not bad. Relatively clean, although there were a couple of hairs in the bed. The room is small but cozy.
The homestay itself is good and pleasant.
I have been to many places in Dalat and I rate this one 7/10. Overall, everything is fine, you can stay for a few nights, for variety and to stay in different areas.

A great place to stay for a couple of nights, the room has everything you need, and (which is important in Dalat!!!) very warm blankets. The hotel has a small parking lot, the location is very quiet, it is cozy and comfortable to sleep, the bathroom is a little worn out by life, but these are trifles ...
And now the main thing: the hotel employee at the reception! I could give the hotel 10 stars, I would only give it because of him! We had a problem (forgotten a bag with things for swimming in the water park) and he tried his best to help sort this situation out, was attentive and called the park's hotline, in a word, he is not indifferent and I am very grateful to him for this participation 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
