Very good experience

The new home is super fragrant and clean, the staff are enthusiastic and supportive, especially Thao Linh, who is super friendly and thoughtful. The home's location is not too close to the center but it is still convenient to travel. I had a really chill vacation here. If I have the opportunity to go to Da Lat, I will visit the home.

I was upgraded for free. This room was the only one with a table and chair, so I was grateful that they were considerate enough to allow me to work on my computer. The breakfast area is behind the front desk, and the sunset from there is very beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has a cute dog. It's cute that it's dressed up in a dress, but it must be annoying for the dog, so I feel a little sorry for it. You can only choose from three types of breakfast, and drinks are charged separately. The breakfast is small in quantity and not very tasty. The view from the breakfast area is good. There is no heating in the room, so it's cold, so I borrowed another blanket. It gets very cold in the evening. There are no tissues or hand soap in the room. And the balcony is shared with the person in the next room! It's not separated at all! There is no privacy or security at all, so you need to close the windows and curtains tightly. It's easy for the person in the next room to enter or peek into your room. The toilet also gets clogged easily. (I've traveled to many countries, but Vietnam is the only place where the toilets sometimes get clogged.) The water in the shower doesn't get hot enough, it's lukewarm. Overall, it's just okay. It's not close to any tourist spots, so I wouldn't recommend it.
