First day check in, wanted to have room service but the telephone cannot be used. I decided to eat out instead. Aircon has some problem on the first night. And the towel has threads coming out of it.

The hotel is not big, but the rooms are very nice and elegant, with a European feel. What's more, there are fresh flowers. I've stayed in hotels about 500 times, but it's rare to find a room with fresh flowers. I was happy to see roses.
The shower and toilet are separated, and I'm glad that there are bath salts in the bathtub. However, the bathtub is so small that even a small-sized person like me can't stretch my legs.
The breakfast area is spacious and delicious.
There is a shopping mall right behind the hotel, which is convenient.
However, perhaps because it is still a new hotel, the reception and some of the staff are not 5-star, and the pool, gym, and spa are under construction and cannot be used, so the price is high! You can only use the room. (In the current situation, the accommodation fee should be reduced by about 3,000 yen.)
At best, it would be better to visit this hotel when all the facilities are completed.

Fire test certification during my stay was really annoying, i was not able to have a rest, elevator was not working and impossible to go outside and the alarm was very loud.
The hotel do not inform me before about this test, manager was on day off so difficult to ask any modifications or compensation or cancel… In the room the phone was not working and the smell of new material was heavy… Don’t take a room on road side, aircon blow direct cool wind on the bed which is not comfortable.Even if the team was kind this is not what we expect from a 5 star hotel.
