The hotel is wonderful! Very beautiful, designer renovation! Everything is clean, the aroma is everywhere! The rooms are new, the bed is super, the pillows are down-feather! All the necessary means are there! The breakfasts are amazing, some of the best in Dalat! There is one thing, we read on the website that there is a sauna, we were very happy that after the pool we will warm up, but it is used only if you do a massage! Well, they should have written it right away in the description of the services! Or they could have made a paid separate procedure! Well, we compensated by taking a bath! It's a pity that the baths are small and they do not put salt. Well, in general, we recommend this hotel!

Pros
1) Good breakfast options in the morning
2) Beautiful landscape at the front of the hotel
3) Helpful bellboy and security at the drop-off area
Cons
1) Lack of greeting and smiling face from the staffs on duty which is quite shocking as this is the 7th time I have visited Vietnam. Even lower stars hotel gave a better hospitality and warm welcome
2) Too crowded at the lobby area
