The staff was so friendly and kind to us. The room is clean, very large and comfortable. I stayed with my mom but we have 2 large bed that can be for a big family. The price is cheap and location is quite near some famous destination in the city

Pros: receptionist and cleaning staff are enthusiastic and friendly. There are cabinets and spacious shelves to store things. Cons: poor soundproofing, no hot water heater (solar water heater has little hot water for bathing)

There is a cafe within walking distance from the hotel where you can drink coffee and have a snack. The room was clean, but not new. Check-in was quick. For the money, the bed and shower are quite decent.

The hotel responded quickly before my stay, which was good. I booked this hotel to stay one night because I had an early morning flight, and it was good value for money for one night.
However, the soundproofing was really bad, so I couldn't sleep well because of the noise from the doorbell, the sound of people opening and closing the door, and the sound of something being dropped, whether it was the room next door or on a different floor.
And there was no toilet paper, which was inconvenient.
The staff were friendly, but they weren't good at English.
However, the location was good for going to local restaurants nearby.
