I booked a balcony room on the second floor. After arriving at the hotel, the staff took us to a room without a balcony and the window was facing the next wall without any explanation. It was not until I raised an objection that I was told that the door handle of the balcony room I booked was broken and I could not stay there, and no apology was given. Then, at my request, the staff took me to check all the remaining vacant rooms that day, and finally I had no choice but to choose a room on the first floor (actually underground). However, because the room was located underground, there was no air conditioning in the room, one wall of the toilet was hollow and the toilet door could not be completely closed, I felt extremely cold and physically and mentally exhausted during the few nights I stayed there. In addition, the hotel is located in a remote area and it is inconvenient to travel, so I strongly do not recommend you to choose this hotel.
