端午響沙灣行程結束，玩的非常開心。全方位打造的度假氛圍非常贊，蓮花酒店設施服務都非常好，假期雖然人多，但是各種服務依然很及時。偕老帶幼出行，感謝大堂王經理滿足我們各種個性化需求，以後有機會再來玩。

來到了號稱沙漠迪士尼的酒店，前台客服非常熱情，到了酒店幫忙安排接行李，房間寬敞明亮，早中晚餐種類繁多，非常豐盛，還有烤全羊。兩個景點也很好玩，酒店住客直通遊玩不用排隊，晚上還有篝火晚會。

酒店很不錯，因為回程比較趕，吃飯自助餐提前準備，餐廳小郭服務很專業和熱情，看我們比較急還主動給我們打包水果以便在路上吃。酒店很不錯

房間景觀不錯，設施有點簡陋，枕頭有記憶枕，一覺睡到天亮，特別表揚梓潼小姐姐，晚上參加追風營地的活動，不小心房卡和身份證遺漏在營地，晚上派師傅跟車一起去找，萬幸很快發現了。感謝幫助～坐了大腳怪，全地形車很推薦～小朋友無限騎駱駝也很開心～還會選擇蓮花酒店

房間很老舊了，我們定的是內景大床，衞生間很小不是乾濕分離的，設施也很古老，我覺得內景就夠了，即使沙景房房間內部也不會好到哪裡去。
整個酒店的結構還是很新奇的，就是設施很老舊，室外和室內都有泳池。
一價全含的內容：一層的下午茶營業期間免費試用。三環的咖啡廳和頂層酒吧也是營業期間免費試用。裡邊還有小童樂園，還有電競室和棋牌室。包三餐自助。包仙沙島優速通。纜車優速通。
細節：下午茶種類挺多的有自製的茶飲小零食還能玩ps5（30min）下午茶的廳還挺大的，能擺拍，還有小孩活動區。
自助餐中規中矩，晚餐我們吃的是火鍋。
有各種表演掃房卡後邊的二維碼可以看到活動詳情，晚上的表演還挺好的中間會穿插煙花。
個人感覺如果來響沙灣還是推薦住島上酒店，省心，一件全含，而且每次出行都有酒店的擺渡車接送，服務人員很熱情的，剛開始沒打算住蓮花，來過之後還是覺得我們的選擇是對的。

第一次沙漠旅行選擇了蓮花酒店，真的不虛此行，我要給蓮花酒店一個大大大大的贊～
酒店環境：外觀設計美觀大氣、硬件配套豐富，餐廳、泳池、下午茶、親子活動等等等，太多了，來不及體驗完；
餐飲：三餐種類非常豐富，天南海北中餐西餐應有盡有，食材新鮮，看着沙漠日落吃着小火鍋實在愜意；
沙漠項目配套：酒店客人憑手環享受vip服務，免排隊、項目全免費，酒店還有免費的滑沙板可用，沙漠項目實在太好玩了，帶孩子兩天沒玩夠。還帶孩子參加了沙漠觀星、追封營地，沙漠煙花秀、浩瀚星空，一百個好評；
服務：其實硬件衹要有錢就能做到，但最深入我心的還是蓮花酒店工作人員的服務，每個人都耐心、周到。我們在沙漠中遇到了突**況，帶兩歲孩子在沙漠中睡着，因為我和閨蜜帶娃出行，沒有男性，沙漠中路很難走、抱孩子實在抱不動，且島與酒店之間需要兩次換乘，我和閨蜜體力不支，和酒店聯繫看能否取得酒店幫助，酒店工作人員迅速反應，幫我們安排司機到我們所在地接我們，直接送到索道口。如果沒有工作人員的幫忙，我們兩個估計在浩瀚沙漠中帶着睡着的娃至少1-2小時才能出去，司機離我們第一次和酒店取得聯繫衹花了五分鐘就到了我們面前，全程衹用了15分鐘就到了索道口。真的很感謝你們，帶孩子出門不易，酒店能夠理解顧客的難處，並沒有禮貌拒絕，而是儘量幫我協調溝通，等我們坐上索道還回訪是否已經獲得幫助。真的感謝！
最後，特別特別要感謝接我們的司機帥哥楊勇，小哥的無私幫助，是我們在內蒙感受到的最温暖的舉動，這種幫助不像是為了完成差事，而是言談舉止間把酒店客人當成朋友家人來對待。真的很感謝。希望小哥在日後的工作生活中順利美滿～

服務：引導服務周到，客房服務熱情，尤其是前台小姐姐，因我個人原因導致遊玩時間不夠，無條件延遲退房兩小時，讓暖城服務落到實處。爆贊！

住宿體驗一級棒，因為帶長者和小寶寶酒店還免費贈送了管家服務，第二天的管家王雪兒超級負責哦，小寶午睡期間，陪同長者遊玩悦沙島。踏實負責，贊贊贊。酒店的服務人員態度都很好，自助餐很紮實，肉食太多了，快消化不良了😂😂😂
