cons -
1. Very far from the main mangalore city, you will have to cross 2 mountains (may be unsafe at night) 2. We reached a little earlier, around 8 am. They had rooms available but didn't provide and said that check-in time is 3pm. After a lot of convincing, i was allowed to check in at 11am.

Booked a suite. Clean rooms, good service, delicious food. Close to airport, easy & quick to reach airport. Hotel helped arrange cab for dropping at airport.

Service was poor. With attitude to change guest behaviour rather than looking at basic solution at their end. Hot beverage was ordered as per their confirmation of room service being available. But they served it cold and upon enquiring they asked us to come down and get the service. This kind of attitude or behaviour is not acceptable. Large bags were brought upto the room by their staff but when we checked out there was a staff member present but did not help to get them up to the cab or load it in. This once again proves their attitude towards guest experience. Two of their reception staff (evening male and morning female) were both unpleasant and borderline rude. Wont recommend this property for future bookings
