A very bad experience. The room was dirty and messy. It took an hour to check in and check out. The connection between Ctrip and the hotel was not smooth. I didn’t pay the hotel in time, so I called back to China for coordination in the middle of the night.

Superbe hôtel avec un personnel au summum de l'hospitalité et de la gentillesse. Une mention particulière à Awa Ba au restaurant qui est une superbe hôtesse et conseillère. Débordante de bienveillance qu'on s'y sent presque à la maison. Merci à vous de rendre ce séjour aussi agréable.

I struggled because the aircon was not working properly throughout my visit. The first room I was given despite being non smoking had a bad smell of cigarettes. The sheets had stains on them too. Despite the issues the staff was friendly and helpful.

I had an overall wonderful stay. I enjoyed an upgrade which exceeded my expectations. The suite was very clean and so was the entire hotel. The ocean view was beautiful, staff were warm and friendly, and the cuisine was great. The location of the hotel is central and close proximity to my areas of interest. Special thanks to Safietou at the reception for making my stay a good one.
