The room was a decent size and very comfortable, featuring large windows and excellent air conditioning. Its prime location is a major advantage, with shopping malls and a plethora of dining options right downstairs. Subway access is incredibly convenient, and Tokyo Station is just 985 meters away, a mere 10-minute walk.

The hotel lobby is located on the third floor, and the front desk staff were exceptionally accommodating. They offer currency exchange, amenities for loan, and complimentary toiletries (including shaving kits for men), which was greatly appreciated.

Laundry facilities are available on the 8th floor: 300 JPY for a wash cycle and 500 JPY for dry cleaning. The machines include a 1-minute self-cleaning cycle, and detergent is automatically dispensed.

Despite its central and bustling location, the room was remarkably quiet.

Housekeeping is provided every three days, but daily cleaning can be requested if preferred.

The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the cotton linens felt wonderfully soft against the skin. This was a major plus, far superior to the Shinsaibashi Bridge Hotel.

The Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nishi-Shinjuku PREMIER is a small yet charming and exceptionally clean hotel, perfect for travelers looking for comfort and convenience in Tokyo. While the rooms are compact—typical for the area—they are well-designed and thoughtfully maintained. The staff are courteous and attentive, offering flexible options for daily room cleaning, which adds a personalized touch. Located about a 15-minute walk from Shinjuku’s bustling center and just 9 minutes from the nearest train station, the hotel strikes a great balance between quiet retreat and urban access. A solid stay for the price.

Not to mention the restaurant connected was amazing!

The location is excellent; it's about a 10-minute walk to Tokyo Station and Ginza, and 7-8 minutes to Nihonbashi Takashimaya. There's also direct access to Haneda Airport. This area, part of Tokyo's CBD, is surprisingly quiet, and the streets are much cleaner and tidier than those in Shinjuku or Shibuya. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is very convenient. While the rooms are compact, I really liked the bathroom's separate wet and dry areas. The service was also great. Daiwa is always my top choice for accommodation whenever I visit Japan!

Easily the most satisfying hotel I stayed at during my trip to Japan. Its location is fantastic – right outside Kyoto's Hachijo Exit, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and dining. On the 2nd floor, the front desk area offers complimentary drinks and a coffee machine for guests' free use. The facilities are brand new, and they even provide a free change service. Additionally, there are coin-operated washing machines and a complimentary ice machine available. Also on the 2nd floor, guests can freely take drip coffee bags and various skincare amenities, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was quite spacious. We stayed in a twin room, and even with the two single beds pushed together, it didn't feel cramped at all for a family of three.

The room was spacious for a single traveller and very clean. Coffee and tea bag were available in the lobby so I could always enjoyed a cup of coffee in my room. 

The hotel is located near kyoto station which is very convenience. 

I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Great location! Few minutes walk from Sendai station and surround with lots of shops, restaurants and department store. There are 7-eleven and Starbucks at the first floor. The room is very nice. Everything is new, clean, with good space for two 28” luggage to open at the same time and we still can walk around the room. The staffs were so nice and provided prompt support. We found problem about the hair dryer at midnight and the staff changed a new one to us immediately.
There are free amenities that you could pick at lobby. 
Highly recommend and would definitely choose this hotel if we have a chance to visit Sendai again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

It was a perfect stay. Everything including amenities, services, beds, facilities was awesome. Room is very clean and new, employees are so kind.

Especially, we had left our belongings in the safe, and realized it after we arrived at tokyo. We made a call to this hotel and the manager handled this situation very professionally!
They made a delivery to tokyo, which arrived early in the next morning, so we are now at narita airport without stopping by sendai again!!

Definitely willing to stay here again if I have a chance to visit sendai again. Thank you so much!
