避雷！大地雷！因為上班經常出差住酒店，第一次遇見這麼差的酒店，額不，旅館，也第一次寫差評！
1.地址:地圖上他家把位置定在了岱山開元酒店樓上，實際我走到後找了一大圈都沒找到，來玩地方肯定不熟悉，最後實在找不到一問原來是在另一幢破破爛爛的樓上。間隔了有段距離的。
2.進房間:撲面而來的異味。滿眼陳舊的設施（APP可以看到裝修時間就知道這家店多少沒裝修了）桌椅破破爛爛，沙發全是污漬，床單有血漬，被子有黃色污染物，窗户把手壞的，淋浴頭上銹跡斑斑，空調我都沒敢開，因為全是灰塵。（全都附圖）
3.出去後再回來 發現房門是打開的，安全性一點沒有。半夜還是放進來的蚊子咬的全是包。
4.旅遊季堪比全季 亞朵 維也納等平日的價格，居然連瓶礦泉水都沒有！WiFi好像也沒有，要啥沒啥。

房間老舊，帶麻將的房間，空調開了一個多小時。室外温度比室內還涼快，中央空調。空氣也怪怪的。8月底30多度，開着窗户睡覺，服務員態度不錯，送了一個風扇到房間，小孩不願意睡被窩裡，穿着衣服睡在被子上，296元/間，同等價位住過最差的酒店。
