Отвратительный сервис. Самое главное - постоянно нет воды на третьем этаже. Руководство и сотрудники отеля говорят, что не доходит напор. Но деньги то заплачены за номер с водой. Менять номера отказываются. Решать проблему также не хотят. Информации о проблеме нигде нет. То есть, прямой обман клиентов. Помимо этого: ужасная уборка (если вообще убираются), белье горничные не раз говорили, чтобы мы сами заправляли, не работает утюг и стиральная машинка, баклажки в кулерах не меняются, а заполняются непонятно откуда (судя по запаху и вкусу - из-под крана), ужасное отношение со стороны персонала и мн. др. Главный прикол в одном из диалогов на ресепшене. Спрашиваю: "Будет ли решена проблема с водой?". Ответ администратора: "А когда вы уезжаете". Занавес. Если и приедете, ни в коем случае не соглашайтесь на третий этаж. Хотя бы с водой будете... С детьми тоже лучше не ездить.

We went to this health resort with my daughter's dance group. The international competition "Scarlet Sails" was held in the complex itself. The building itself was very impressive, a very beautiful building with unusual architecture, each room had a balcony. We got a balcony with a view of the sea, on the 10th floor. On the territory of the complex there is a cinema and concert hall, where the competition was held. There are also swimming pools on the territory: indoor and outdoor. The visit was free for our dance group, i.e. it was included in the price of the voucher. The entire complex is of European standard, everything is new and modern. There are several elevators, including a special elevator for the staff. The rooms are cool, each room has its own toilet and shower. There is a table and several chairs on the balconies. The rooms are clean and cozy, they cleaned ours daily. The restaurant has a buffet, the choice is of course not very large, but there was plenty to choose from. Everything is fresh and very tasty. If you can't get to a certain meal, they give you a packed lunch. There are also private outdoor sports grounds on the territory: a football field, volleyball, basketball, tennis court. There is a gym, a hall for athletic gymnastics and aerobics. The complex has its own equipped beach on the seashore. The road to the beach is equipped with benches, a canopy, along the road there are many plants, each with its own sign with its name. We really liked OK Dagomys, we will definitely go there again. We recommend it!!!
