Cracking team, Kayla & Cheyian & Temi made the stay 10x better. Made the working away in a hotel much nicer, cracking jokes with us and helping us with everything g we needed.

The staff were dealing with a brand new system, so struggling to get keys to work and to check customers in. However, the whole team of Chantel, Ayo and Gul were polite, helpful and friendly throughout making it easy for customers. They even managed to chat with me in between whilst I was working in the bar area, making light of the difficulties… Very professional 👍

Staff were amazing however there were issues with the air con, which was hard to deal with in 30*C UK weather! However the staff were understanding and provided 2 fans aswell as constantly checking the central AC system to turn it on for a few mins whilst it worked. One major issue is the website saying there are working EV Chargers. Having booked this hotel over others due to there being EV chargers, they don’t work and after speaking with the EV Chargers Customer Support, the chargers were decommissioned 6 months ago!!! Travelodge need to remove this from their website ASAP
