Everything was perfect and the staff is excellent everything went well I had no problem and I slept very well I recommend this hotel, I didn't hear any noise, the temperature was good and I felt at home it's a great place to rest There are also shops nearby if necessary and the passage of cars is not disturbing

The staff are amazing specially temi and Kieron lovely people, they were really helpful and friendly. I will defo come back again, the room are well cleaned and the environment is great for travellers cos it’s close to the O2 and a lot of places

My experience at travelodge was honestly such a comforting and excellent experience. The staff were exceptional at treating the customers kindly and always were out there, willing to help. The staff specifically, Vio, Angela, Roselyn, Ida which have helped my family and I and always had a smile on their face. It was always such a nice environment and I recommend having a stay here 100%. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms are very clean.

Bilol the manager was so kind and helpful on our visit, finding the best room with a view for my husband's return visit to the area. He went out of his way to help, and nothing was a bother to him. Thanks Bilol

I was there very early. Roselyn and Ayda made me so comfortable while waiting for check in. Feel like home. Thank you so much for your kindness and do your work above your limits to make your customer happy. The level of care from them was outstanding.

Basic hotel, it's clean and fit for purpose. The beds are comfortable but would have rather a double or queen bed rather then 2 twin beds. Not much noise. Also has electric car charging. Walking distance from kfc, aldi, b&m, tkmaxx, and other fast food restaurants. Must try 5G burger across the street.

Temi The receptionist was really warm and welcoming, I am happy cos she made the check in seamless and quite,the environment and the rooms are clean and the area is welcoming to tourists cos of the cinema,macd .Over all experience is great and awesome

What stood out the most was TRUTH & TY’s willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Whether it was quickly resolving a minor issue or simply offering a friendly chat, They made a lasting impression. The efficiency and kindness shown by them exemplified excellent customer service.

Nice clean rooms, stayed here for the night when went to a concert at 02. We were checked in by Petya who was lovely and friendly! Parking was free!! Lovely bonus! As there was a fault with the machine! The cleaner staff were polite too! Saw them as we were leaving the rooms, they were ready to clean the rooms as soon as they were vacant!
