가족여행 리뷰가 좋았어서 믿고 예약했습니다.
아이와 여행하면서 저의 숙소 기준은 청결, 그리고 청결입니다.
그런데 매우 불만족스러웠습니다.
첫째, 연박인데 주말이라 청소가 없다고합니다. 그럼 금요일 1박하면 토요일 손님은 청소가 안된 상태로 받으시나요?
청소 서비스가 없으면 연박할인이라도 있어야하는데 당일
현장결제가 더 싸더군요. 연박하시는 분들은 청소가 없으니 다음날 직접 프론트에서 수건과 생수를 챙겨가셔야합니다.
커튼과 테이블, 방안에 싱크볼 역시 사용하기 꺼름칙하게 더러웠습니다.
위생을 위해 어매니티가 전혀없다는 안내문이 붙어있고 프론트에서 몇천원에 구입하도록되어있는데 위생을 위해 침대머리에 먼지덩어리와 피묻은 커튼부터 세탁을하면 좋겠습니다.
둘째, 화장실 세면대에 따뜻한 물이 안나옵니다. 샤워기 수압도 매우 낮았습니다. 바닥 배수도 잘안되어서 뚜껑열어 머리카락청소도 직접했지만 여전히 바닥이 홍수라 물내려갈때까지
기다렸다가 씻었습니다.
셋째, 보통 예약시 추가인원 결제를 하게 되어있는데 전날즈음 전화로 추가 인원 확인하고 추가금이 있음을 알려줍니다. 그래서 예약취소가 어렵습니다. 이컨디션의 숙소는 추가금을 내고 사용하기 매우 부당합니다.

호텔 주차공간이 협소해서 불편했는데 제대로 된 응대가 없어서 아쉬웠어요. 그래도 직원들은 친절한 편이었습니다. 호텔 시설은 가격대비 좋았는데 구성도 전자레인지, 전기포트, 큰냉장고, 세탁기에 흔치 않은 구성이었습니다. 하지만 반대로 기본적인 샴푸, 비누, 빗 같은 기본적인 물품은 돈을 주고 사야했습니다. 제대로 알아보지 못한 제 잘못이지만 저렴한 호텔들 많이 가봤지만 이렇게 아무것도 없는곳은 처음이라 당황스러웠습니다.
또 난방은 엄청 잘되어있는데 반대로 조절장치가 고장이라도 난건지 끄고 창문을 열고 잤는데도 너무 더웠습니다. 겨울에 더워서 잠을 못잔건 처음이었어요.
가족 모두 조금 불편했네요..

I was worried because it felt so old,
but maybe because I was too worried, it was bigger and better than I thought!
However, even though there were 3 staff members at check-in,
they were slow to respond and made me say the same thing several times, so it was a bit frustrating.
The line wasn't organized, so the guests were fighting each other ㅋㅋㅋ...ㅋㅋ
Because of this response at check-in,
the counter was full of people complaining,
and I had to wait for a long time, so I wasn't satisfied with the service itself!
I heard that the soundproofing between floors wasn't good, and
the baby was running around while sleeping, and
the baby was making a lot of noise, so there was a little absurd situation ㅠㅠ

Very well located hotel and pleasant staff. Unfortunately, the room really deserves a good cleaning (811). The bathroom had not been cleaned: waste on the floor and toilet with urine.
A reasonable price but a more than relative quality.
