제목: 숙소 이용에 대한 심각한 불만 사항 전달드립니다
안녕하세요.
저는 귀 숙소를 ‘전 객실 세탁기 구비’라는 안내를 보고 선택한 고객입니다. 하지만 실제 방문해보니 안내된 내용과는 매우 다른 환경에 큰 실망을 금할 수 없어 이렇게 글을 남깁니다.
첫째, 객실 상태가 매우 불량했습니다.
화장실 수건에 고추가루로 보이는 이물질이 묻어 있었고, 침구에서는 쾌쾌한 냄새가 나 위생 상태에 의문이 들었습니다. 청결에 신경을 썼다는 인상을 전혀 받을 수 없었습니다.
둘째, 조식은 실망 그 자체였습니다.
2층의 무슨 횟집 같은 장소에서 조식이 제공되었고, 조식 시간도 오전 9시까지로 지나치게 이른 데다, 안내와 전혀 다른 분위기에 당황스러웠습니다.
셋째, 숙소 내 공용 공간 관리 역시 미흡했습니다.
로비에서 주차장으로 나가는 출구 쪽 화장실에서는 찌린내 같은 악취가 심하게 나 쾌적한 이용이 어려웠습니다.
마지막으로, 로비에는 여직원분들이 상주하며 외관상 그럴듯한 인상을 주지만, 정작 숙소 내의 전반적인 관리 상태는 형편없다는 느낌을 지울 수 없었습니다.
입실하자마자 퇴실하고 싶다는 생각이 든 것은 이번이 처음입니다.
귀 숙소의 안내 및 운영 전반에 있어 과대광고가 아닌지, 실제 환경과 서비스는 고객의 기본적인 기대조차 충족시키지 못하고 있는 점에 대해 심각하게 재고해주시기 바랍니다.
