The hotel bed was a bit soft, but the room was spacious. The location is excellent, near Jungang-ro. There's a 24-hour E-Mart and Olive Young within a five-minute walk. Downstairs, there are BBQ, sausage soup, and rice restaurants. Several supermarkets are nearby, so you can easily buy medicine if you have an upset stomach. Public transportation is also very convenient. The front desk even lent us an umbrella when it rained. Overall, it's great value for money.

A really nice place to stay in Daegu, central location (metro 10 min walk), large, clean and well equipped rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful but best of all was the superb buffet breakfast, all very tasty, well presented and regularly refilled, the Korean options were especially good.

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Local area was nice and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. Will stay again.  Thank you

The location is very close to Central Station and within walking distance of various attractions, which is very convenient. The room size is just right. I stayed for two nights and there was housekeeping service. I would stay here again next time.

This stay was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was the noise from the air conditioner in the room. It produced a very loud and continuous noise while operating, clearly exceeding the level acceptable in a typical hotel room. It even gave the impression of factory machinery running. Hotels are fundamentally supposed to provide guests with a comfortable environment for rest and sleep, but this room failed to meet even those basic standards. I stayed in this room for two nights, but the noise was so severe that I was virtually unable to sleep properly. As a result, my rest was significantly disrupted, and my overall satisfaction with the stay dropped drastically. What was even more problematic was that the hotel allowed me to stay in a room with such obvious equipment issues, despite knowing that a change to another room was impossible because the hotel was fully booked. This suggests a lack of sufficient room management, facility inspections, and consideration for guest convenience. This level of noise was not merely a minor inconvenience; it was distinct enough that anyone could notice it the moment they entered the room and turned on the air conditioner. Therefore, it is difficult to believe that the hotel was completely unaware of this problem. If the hotel was aware of the serious noise issue with the air conditioner, it should have prioritized completing repairs before selling the room. At the very least, the room should not have been assigned to guests until the problem was resolved. I believe this issue goes beyond mere comfort and concerns the fundamental standards of hotel operations and facility management. Selling a room that requires maintenance and forcing guests to bear the resulting inconvenience is hardly an appropriate operational practice. Overall, this experience left the impression that the hotel lacks responsibility regarding maintenance management, room quality control, and the guest experience.
