Excellent service at the cafe quick and efficient service provided by Amir and his team today! My 2 fays stay has been amazing . With a delicious Lunch , hot drink and beverages especially the cakes. Although it was lunchtime rush hour, the service delivered was excellent. This Terrace Cafe run by Amir is so busy and highly recommended Great team work! Thank you Amir we will be back and have all ready booked in 3 weeks time! Terrace cafe at Tring is a must please visit!!!

The Elemis spa was sublime. Wonderful treatment by Ellie, who is a total professional, put me at ease, very knowledgeable and had great results from the factor treatment she gave so expertly! Highly recommended her! Really hope Elemis x Champneys do these treatments in their other resorts ASAP!!!

My friend and I stayed for a couple of days and overall had a lovely time however there are lots of areas of the spa showing wear and tear and looking old and dated. Our room was the same, quite shabby in places although beautifully clean. We both had a facial that we enjoyed very much although our experiences for what should have been the same facial were entirely different? I have to say that the food was fantastic. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner all of which had lots of choice and catered well for my friend who is vegetarian and gluten intolerant. The staff in the restaurant were very attentive and helpful too. The grounds are beautifully kept with lots of lovely walks. In the evening we explored the older part of the ground floor of the house and thought it was a shame that there was no facility to sit in the drawing room and have a drink at the bar like there used to be. Over all we had a lovely time.

Booked a twin room as staying with a friend. The twin rooms are double rooms with two mattresses. Our very tired, shabby room in old part of house (stained carpet, water damaged ceiling, rotten window sills/frames) was set up as a double with separate mattresses but no gap between - room too small to even create a gap between the beds. Shocked by standard!

Had a lovely time, great to see they have added alcohol to the bar menu, lou made us some fab aperol spritz, great service too! But still missing towels on tap.
