This was a perfect hotel for a weekend getaway, close to London in beautiful surroundings. The Superior King room was modern, spacious and comfortable, and the hotel retains some charming historic features.
We loved the outside grounds with plenty of areas to sit in the sun or shade and watch the roaming peacocks.
Staff were quite attentive and the food and drinks were good.
Definitely thinking of coming back again in the future.

The hotel is located in a large manor. It is an independent building. It is very quiet and the surrounding scenery is beautiful. The interior decoration is antique and has a sense of history, which is in line with our needs and expectations.
