入住之後房間有異味，後來偶爾聽見有咔咔的異響，一開始以為是空調就沒當回事兒，第二天才發現是熱水壺的問題，熱水壺從入住開始就插着電（在本人不知情的情況下），也就是説我衹要在房間裏房卡插着供電的情況下，電熱水壺一直在空燒，燒到自動斷電了降温接着燒，危險挺大的，跟前台反應，態度很不好，滿不在乎的感覺，給我的感覺就是“我們知道有問題了後續會開會讓他們注意，你又沒出事就別在這和我叨叨了”明明是酒店出現了失誤卻讓我產生了一種我自己不懂事的錯覺，而且還跟我保證衹要不插卡肯定是不會有危險的，我不插卡我住這幹啥，無話可説了。
