Location is perfect, there’s a convenience store next to the hotel. Room is clean, infinity pool is great. The ocean view rooms are spacious and view is legit

Room was clean and great service from the hotel. However the f&b outlet for breakfast can be better. Food was okay only and the outlet was so busy everything was just running out very quickly.

We were a party of 8 people n booked thru trip.com for 4nights n 4 rooms. On arrival at 4pts sheraton danang, we were told they did not hv our booking even though we had cfmed booked number fr the hotel n even had fully paid to Trip.com. this was a shock to us. Even though we showed our trip.com booking cfm numbrr etc as proof. But we were told by hotel front office manager to contact trip.com. after spending 2 hrs of frustration talking to several people on the phone, still could not resolve. As far as hotel manager was concerned no booking. As we were not getting near resolving, we asked to see their superior who can make decisions. Their excutive Assistant Manager, Mr Shujoy Jha, attended to us n after hearing our case n he did some preliminary. After 10mins he came back to us to give us good news that he will upgrade us to superior rooms n to proceed to checkin! Added that he will checkup why didnot show the reservation in their computers. This was a vy good damage control of mr shujoy n wish to thank n commend him for his prompt decision. Otherwise our visit to danang may hv been badly effected. Eventually, mr shujoy feedback there was a non payment by the 3rd party even though we had paid to trip.com But payment we made finally n issue resolved. Trip.com should investigate into this matter. All Staff were vy attentive n vy helpful n patient. Most of the staff could speak english. Highly recommended to stay. If hv any issues do ask for mr shujoy for assistance.

The hotel is great and I love the Xmas decorations during my stay! Location is perfect. The breakfast provided was nice with hot pho and varieties of food choices. The room is spacious and ocean views are great. The rooftop bar is good! In terms of facilities, the gym is rather too small and the equipment provided is not sufficient.

We had a lovely week at Radisson Red! Some of the highlights: - Our twin room (cheapest option) got upgraded to a room with sea view 🤩. It was the first time ever we got an upgrade and we were so grateful. It was lovely to have a balcony looking out over the beach and sea, listening to the waves. In a twin room they allow you to have two kids (as well as two adults) as long as they fit in the beds. The beds are 1.20 wide, so that was no problem for us. It made it a very affordable option! The beds were very comfortable. We also loved having a fridge, a very hot and spacious shower and robes. The room was cleaned very well every day. We also received new towels, water and tea/coffee every day. - The staff was so friendly, helpful and smiley. Whether it was at reception, at breakfast, cleaning staff, staff in the rooftop bar or in the swimming pool: everyone was just great! After only one day they recognised us. Special thanks to Thao who answered all my questions before booking and Josh who was always there to help us at reception. He even helped me to print some travel documents before leaving. - We LOVE the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. We spend so much time there during our stay. The pool is shaded so we never had to worry about sunscreen for the kids. There were lovely benches to relax on and big fluffy towels (no need to bring any). - Breakfast! Basically everything you can possibly think of is available! There is a huge buffet, but you can also order from a menu (which the kids loved, because there were pancakes, waffles and french toast on it). We really appreciated the long breakfast hours (6.30-10.30 and in weekend 6.30-11.00). Its nice just taking your time and being able to have another coffee with a pastry after breakfast. And as a Dutch person I especially appreciated the available cheeses 🧀. - We loved it that everything was so new in the hotel and the style is very cool. Lots of art to look at. The lobby is very spacious with lots of seating options and there is always cold water, popcorn and some fresh fruits available for guests. There are 3 lifts and we never had to wait long to get in. - The gym is great (according to my husband 😆). Some small points of improvement - The hot tub has quite a lot of sand inside and should be cleaned more often. - Our room cards got deactivated a few times which meant we had to go to reception before we could enter our room. - One day the room wasn’t cleaned, but we asked around 16.30 and it was solved straight away. - We had dinner at the rooftop bar one night and the food and staff was great, but there aren’t many options to sit/eat comfortably with kids. I think there used to be a restaurant on another floor with more traditional seating, but I don’t think it was open when we were there. Highly recommend staying at Radisson Red! And make sure to include breakfast, it’s totally worth it. We booked on Trip.com (which was the cheapest I could find after comparing all platforms) and thought we got great value for money! Great experience with the service here. The staff were very helpful and friendly, offering us juice when checking in and taking care of us. They also personalised our experience by remembering us as we came back to check in. The room itself was beautiful. It was new and clean, offering good views of the city of Da Nang. I would come back here as it is affordable, convenient and overall a pleasant experience. They served Bun Bo Hue for breakfast which had a great broth, and the toast was really crunchy. The pool facility was also new and clean. The sauna and steam room come with a locker room to store belongings, and it was a relaxing stay.

Beautiful, new, clean hotel with modern amenities and located right on the beachfront. Fantastic views and friendly staff. Amazing shower and super comfy bed which were the highlights for us after 6 weeks backpacking in hostels! However, the check out process was unnecessarily long and complicated (they made us feel a bit embarrassed having to check the room before we left) and instead of taking charges off the (hefty) deposit - voided this and made us pay again separately, which made no sense. Keep this in mind if you have an airport taxi on a time limit waiting outside!

Stayed in the partial sea view room for 4d3n and it was amazing. Comfy bed, fantastic view, great breakfast buffet and superb customer service right from start till check-out. Would definitely choose to return when I’m back at Danang.

Sea view room 4 days, across road from beach, Service with a smile, nice and clean room, buffet breakfast was okay, they don't supply beach towels. Club sandwich really good. Taxi from airport to hotel on arrival with meter was 250,000 dong, hotel to airport going home was 93,000 dong be careful.

From the moment we checked in, we felt like VIPs. The staff greeted us warmly, took our luggage, and escorted it all the way to the front desk, offered us a refreshing hibiscus tea while we checked in and helped us bring all the bags into the room. We were informed of all the amenities and all needed information like restaurant, pool and breakfast hours. We booked the one-bedroom luxury oceanfront apartment with a balcony and every little detail was thoughtfully considered, the apartment set up was very comfortable and felt like home. We absolutely loved the balcony with its greenery and sea view. This hotel is definitely living up to its title as one of the most Instagrammable hotels in Danang. Seriously, there is a perfect shot at every corner of the room and hotel. It’s like they designed it with influencers in mind—no complaints here! The breakfast options were delicious, and the staff went above and beyond, bringing us tea and coffee upon request. I was also delighted by the fruit plate I could take back to the room (yes, I’m that person). Oh, and don't miss the red wine in the mini bar—absolutely recommend it. Perfect location. The hotel faces the beach and sea, and even though it’s on a busy street, the noise cancellation from the windows is pretty good. The only slight disappointment was that, despite the sign on the balcony door, promising us some gecko sightings, we didn't spot any during our stay. I guess the geckos were on vacation themselves. But aside from that, everything was flawless, and the infinity pool was the cherry on top.
