Hotels in My Khe Beach, Da Nang

Went with a group of friends and everyone are happy with the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great breakfast spread. Love the free laundry service 👍🏻👍🏻 there is also weekday morning yoga class too.

The location is near to the dragon bridge and hotel is very clean seem like newly renovated. Our family has an interconnected room , very spacious..

The hotel is not far from the sea, and the place is pretty quiet for a tourist area. They offer decent breakfasts. Cleaning is great. The humidity in the room was very high though, and it was hard to dry our clothes. The water in the bathroom was getting warm so slowly that at first we thought that there was no hot water at all. And the stairs are terrible, but you are not allowed to go to the elevator in the parking lot downstairs if you don't use a vehicle. I am traveling with my old mom and was really afraid that she could fall from these stairs. I haven't used the pool, so cannot tell if it's good. Try it yourselves :)

Location is perfect, there’s a convenience store next to the hotel. Room is clean, infinity pool is great. The ocean view rooms are spacious and view is legit

Room was clean and great service from the hotel. However the f&b outlet for breakfast can be better. Food was okay only and the outlet was so busy everything was just running out very quickly.

Got a king size single room with a great view on level 29th. Clean room comfy bed, air-con working good and surprisingly fast. Love the bathtub with hot water came out instantly! Staffs were super friendly and helpful, great room services too. Location is perfect just cross the road in front and you will be on the My Khe beach! Not sure about other reviews but the buffet breakfast couldn’t be better to me, good enough that pleased myself and met my expectation with combination of Vietnamese and Western food!! No complains at all just a friendly suggestion to do some upgrades for the gym, all the treadmills were too old couldn’t stand high performance they all stopped running when I pushed over 14km/h unfortunately. Laundry service was exceptional and on time! They also have a spa and a rooftop bar but I didn’t have time to visit will come back next time to experience.

We were a party of 8 people n booked thru trip.com for 4nights n 4 rooms. On arrival at 4pts sheraton danang, we were told they did not hv our booking even though we had cfmed booked number fr the hotel n even had fully paid to Trip.com. this was a shock to us. Even though we showed our trip.com booking cfm numbrr etc as proof. But we were told by hotel front office manager to contact trip.com. after spending 2 hrs of frustration talking to several people on the phone, still could not resolve. As far as hotel manager was concerned no booking. As we were not getting near resolving, we asked to see their superior who can make decisions. Their excutive Assistant Manager, Mr Shujoy Jha, attended to us n after hearing our case n he did some preliminary. After 10mins he came back to us to give us good news that he will upgrade us to superior rooms n to proceed to checkin! Added that he will checkup why didnot show the reservation in their computers. This was a vy good damage control of mr shujoy n wish to thank n commend him for his prompt decision. Otherwise our visit to danang may hv been badly effected. Eventually, mr shujoy feedback there was a non payment by the 3rd party even though we had paid to trip.com But payment we made finally n issue resolved. Trip.com should investigate into this matter. All Staff were vy attentive n vy helpful n patient. Most of the staff could speak english. Highly recommended to stay. If hv any issues do ask for mr shujoy for assistance.

I was a little disappointed with this hotel. We were in Vietnam to celebrate our wedding anniversary and each hotel we went to either gave us an upgrade or at least made towel doves with small cake. This hotel did nothing at all, so if you’re celebrating your anniversary, birthday or honeymoon, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. On top of that, the toilet had a strong smell, which we reported, and the worker they sent up claimed he didn’t smell anything, which we found very hard to believe. I also requested for a hotel room facing the beach, but was given one that faced all the construction sites. The hotel is located right opposite the beach, which is very ideal. There are many restaurants nearby and the receptionists and door men were very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was very nice. I would stay here solely for convenience, but I would probably spend the extra money on another hotel.

The hotel is great and I love the Xmas decorations during my stay! Location is perfect. The breakfast provided was nice with hot pho and varieties of food choices. The room is spacious and ocean views are great. The rooftop bar is good! In terms of facilities, the gym is rather too small and the equipment provided is not sufficient.

Beautiful hotel with the best location right in front of My Khe beach and a few mins walk from the An Thuong Ward. The infinity pool is gorgeous and we thoroughly enjoyed the gym and spa during our stay. Some of the cons would be that the wifi in our room is spotty with dead zones where the wifi signal drops, some locations in the room have good wifi connection. There was noise from the street during the day, night and morning from vehicles, that can be heard to the bedroom even though we were on a high floor. Breakfast didn't have many protein options other than egg and pho, and the occasional beef stew.
