Check Google reviews before booking. Not sure why they're all so bad. Hotel was alright for the price, service was okay and the view is nice.

I fell in love with Da Nang the late night (July 8) I checked in the hotel. It was over 12:00 am, and I didn't expect any services as the timing was ackward. As soon as I stepped into the door, I was greeted with the warmest reception. The gentleman helped me check in , carried my heavy suitcase all the way to my room on the 2nd floor, and explained everything I needed to know about using the facility in the room. All the staff in the hotel has been well trained. The server in the restaurant, the receptionests, even the house keeping girls always greeted the guests with smile. The public areas on the 1st and 2nd floors are comfortable and beautifully decorated. I checked out on July 11th. The services extended to me lasted to the last minute I checked out. The receptionest on duty, though smaller than me, helped me carry my heavy suitcase. Definitely, my family and I would choose to stay with the Heritage Village next time we visit Da Nang.

Very beautiful, clean and beautiful. My Khe Beach is just downstairs. It's also very cheap. I will stay here again next time I come to Da Nang🏝️🏝️🏝️

The traditional tatami mat flooring, sliding doors, and the deep soaking tub created an authentic ryokan-style experience, while still providing all the modern comforts like fast Wi-Fi, plush bedding, and a smart control panel. The resort’s onsen (hot spring) was undoubtedly a highlight. The atmosphere was serene, and the facilities were spotless. Relaxing in the open-air hot springs while listening to the sound of the waves was truly a moment of pure peace and rejuvenation. The water park and infinity pools added a fun and exciting element to our stay, especially for families and children. Everything was well-maintained and safe, with helpful staff always nearby. We also thoroughly enjoyed the dining options. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of Japanese and international dishes, all prepared with care and quality ingredients. The Japanese restaurant on-site offered exquisite kaiseki-style meals — each dish was a work of art and a delight to the palate. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful retreat, a cultural experience, or family-friendly fun, Mikazuki Japanese Resorts exceeds expectations on every level. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommended. 10/10.

The hotel has exceeded my expectations as regards service, cleaning and courtesy Breakfast is rich and abundant. It is not a 5-star because it is a bit dated but it is still well treated in details. Far from the tourist area ( I knew this already ) but on a main road anyway, for who wants to know the life of every day. The room is spacious and ordered even if the air conditioning is too noisy. It is a business hotel. Excellent quality/price ratio.

I felt like I was in Italy. The interior was tasteful, breakfast was included, the view from the dining room was great, and I was able to wake up refreshed. The bed was comfortable and sexy, and it felt great.

Everything was great.Only we abit hard to communicate with the staff cus of language barrier but they tried to accommodate what we want but sometimes we need to repeat like 3 to 4 times.Please try to speak in English since you are working in 5 stars.But please don’t assume that every single asian face is local.

A good clean room a efficient bathroom a large TV easy to cast from the fridge one will say it really makes cold as to the litter one has appreciated at its fair value the smaller they are super nice rental mobile not Bad good you need to check that you're all right before you leave. A good price-quality ratio of better location easy access to the tour Well we didn't have luck the pool was just in repair the days we were sleeping we no longer enjoyed but something is sure the frame was idyllical bad

Is a beautiful hotel in a corner of city centre. Staffs are extremely friendly. Special thank to Ms. Lalisaw, she is very helpful giving travelling advise and caring about the quality of stay. Breakfast is also very rich of choices. Definitely will choose it again when visiting back!
