Highly recommended!!! Whole resort is awesome Wonderful service We have a personal assistant “Lisa” during stay. She help us a lot especially we order food delivery very often. She help us deliver to our villa. Also help us book everything what I needed She is amazing.

we were upgraded to two bedroom suite with reasonable charge thanks to the manager who accomodated our booking mistake. the resort was so beautiful we cancelled our day trips and enjoyed the facilities and the beach. thanks for a great time and we will be back!

As expected from the reputation of Purama, it was friendly and clean, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. It was nice that there was a private Mikke Beach right in front. They upgraded my room and assigned me an ocean view. It was nice because it was an ocean view, but it was a bit inconvenient that it was on the 4th floor and there was no elevator. But I would still come back^^

✅The location was great as it was very close to the beach. One of the best things was that there was a small store and some top restaurants right across the street, which was very convenient. ❗️ The pool was located right next to the dining area, but it was smaller than expected and didn't match the pictures I had seen. This was a bit disappointing. ✅On the bright side, the breakfast provided by the hotel was amazing. There was a big variety of options, and everything was delicious. We really enjoyed starting our day with such a tasty meal. ❗️The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were in good condition. However, I did notice that they didn't sweep or mop the floor unless I specifically asked them to do so. Also, when we ordered food from their restaurant, nobody came to take the plate that day or even the next day. I ended up having to take it downstairs myself, which was a bit inconvenient. ✅The hotel staff were quite helpful, though. They assisted us in booking tickets to Ba Na Hills, which was very nice of them. Additionally, there was an ATM right next to the hotel, which was super helpful for us as tourists.

Book 3 rooms for me and my friends. We stayed for 4 nights. We can express enough on how impressed we are with this hotel. Definitely definitely will come back if we visit Danang again. Everything was perfect. Love the complementary breakfast the most ❤️❤️

Staff are great. Front of house staff English very good. Place is super nice. Small but clean and high end. Food was most excellent. Very impress with quality of food. Spa massage was disappointing I must say. Tried various each day and they are all the same. Soft comfy massage. Pressure with hard, medium, light all the same lol. None the less it’s nice.

The best choice in Da nang. With a welcome fresh orange juice at entrances. Baggage handler taking your luggage to your villa. Giving you all the amenities compliment. A great escape island for you and your family to enjoy and live the moments. Overall loved it. Trust me the best option in da nang.

An ambiguous hotel. On the one hand, everything is good, an ordinary hotel, but there are a lot of little things that affected the rating. As for the service, everything is excellent. But 5 stars are clearly drawn at random Pros: They brought a cake for our honeymoon (very tasty) Welcome drinks Varied and tasty breakfast There is an afternoon snack from 2 to 4 pm (they even have meat, a lot of fruit, French fries, pizza, and not just tea and snacks) There is a large swimming pool. It is in the shade during the heat There are sun loungers from the hotel on the beach and towels are provided There is an underground passage across the road to the sea Cons: We wanted to book 2 more days at the reception, they said that you can't pay in cash, only by card. We ended up booking the Hilton The water pressure in the shower (tropical flows more or less, but the shower head barely) The main view is of the construction site (yes, there is a partial view of the sea as stated) Very soft mattress (your ass falls down) For the entire room, 2 sockets by the coffee table (far from the bed) and 1 for the hair dryer by the mirror. There is not a single socket next to the bed, only one stand for the phone, not even a drawer The air conditioner is built-in and uncomfortable. No night mode There are sun loungers on the beach, but there are few of them, and they are also rented out to anyone who wants them from outside this hotel. Accordingly, there were not enough sun loungers for us. We had to wait until someone left

I recently stayed at the Olalani Hotel and had a ok experience overall. The location is good, and the amenities are ok. However, there are a few areas for improvement that would elevate the experience even further. Firstly, the in-room slippers provided were not new, which was a bit disappointing. It would be great to see fresh, unused slippers for guests. Additionally, I believe that providing pots and pans for cooking, along with proper cooking utensils, cutlery, and plates, would enhance the self-catering experience for condo hotel experience. I also noticed that the in-room menu was not readily available, which could be improved for convenience. A rice cooker in the room would be an excellent addition for guests who prefer to prepare their meals. Bathtub master bedroom must have a privacy, not see through glass. Ceiling maintenance access is open The tiki bar, while a lovely concept, felt empty and could benefit from a more vibrant atmosphere. Kids pool is dirty. Souvenir shop, way over priced. Furthermore, I would suggest rotating the buffet items more frequently to keep the offerings fresh and exciting. On a minor note, I found that the staff at the egg station were not as friendly as I had hoped, which detracted from the overall dining experience. Despite these issues, we enjoyed the stay and would recommend Olalani Hotel for its beautiful setting. With a few adjustments, it could easily become a five-star destination!
