I just spent a vacation at Crowne Plaza Hotel in Da Nang. I am really impressed and extremely happy to have met the friendly people of Danang and the hotel is absolutely perfect according to my wishes. From Receptionist to Manager, all are so professional, the rooms are extremely clean and make me and my friends very satisfied. Especially you Huyen, very cute and very professional. If you come back, you will definitely choose Crowne Plaza as a resort. Thank you!

The villa that our family shared was well appointed, with cooking facilities, living area, and dining area. The bedrooms had super king beds in two of the bedrooms and and two singles in the other room. All bedrooms had an ensuite. The fourth bedroom was not opened for our use. Each villa had a private small pool. The staff was very friendly and transport was provided by the resort. The resort has a 50m pool that was warm at this time of the year. Any issue was dealt with promptly. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and catered for all tastes. I would not hesitate to come back again. The resort is set at the beach, so one can use the pool and have the beach right next to it.

Great first stay in Danang! Truly enjoyed the location, right on the beach and easy to eat out or order in. Wish there were chairs closer to the water so we could enjoy the shade while watching the little one playing in the water. At the moment it's either all sand with shade or all water with absolutely no shade. Service was great as well. Everyone was helpful from start to finish. Only issue was room cleanliness. It was passable but there were still dirty corners, trash under the bed, and shower stains. Cleanliness was also an issue on parts of the beach where trash and cigarettes littered the seating area. Definitely stay here if you want beach access!

Hotel service: 4/5 Amenities: 5/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Food: 4.5/5 I deducted points for the service because the hotel lobby was so hot. The lobby was so, so hot… … The lagoon pool/beach pool were both great and my mom was super satisfied! I was worried because there were some reviews saying the food wasn't tasty, but maybe that's why it was okay. I accidentally purchased a stay without meals, so I went out for one of the three nights and ate one day and ordered half-and-half, and had breakfast on the last day. I think I'll just have breakfast every day next time. It's kind of annoying to go out or order. ㅎㅎ

Experience in this Hotel was so Amazing coz we took twin suits with ocean view…Awesome!! We literally seen sunrise everyday😍. Hotel Staffs are so friendly & helpful. Loved the breakfast, mixed with Vietnam local foods as well…yummy! We didn’t missed our 6days… I hv oni one improvement which they should implement more effectively to inform ppl who stay here abt the mini bar setup in the room which is chargeable actually. Otherwise hotel, ocean view, skybar with pool and lots of shops, restaurants,street food, spa, massage, Indian cousins, & etc is so convenient. I’ve stayed in many hostels and hotels across Vietnam and around the world, but this has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Let me start with the positives: the room was spacious, but unfortunately, that’s where the good news ends. The cleanliness was highly questionable. The sheets were stained, and I couldn’t help but doubt if they’d been washed at all. As a solo traveler, I was given a twin room, which provided the option of using two beds. However, both beds were equally dirty, leaving me with no decent option. The bathroom, while visually appealing, was let down by the subpar toiletries. The shampoo smelled like an overpowering, generic men’s product, more suited to a budget gym locker room than a guest accommodation. A neutral scent would have been far more appropriate. Additionally, there was no hairdryer in the room—a real inconvenience if you have long hair like mine. The provided slippers were oversized, clearly designed for men, adding another layer of frustration. While I was glad to have a TV, it was nearly unusable. The YouTube app, which was a primary reason I booked the room, wouldn’t connect, and the TV itself was slow and difficult to operate. All in all, what should have been a relaxing stay was riddled with small but cumulative annoyances. The worst part, however, was leaving the room and heading to the dining hall. Breakfast was a major disappointment. The options were overwhelmingly carb-heavy and catered mainly to Vietnamese tastes, with dishes like rice, noodles, and curry. For a hostel that presumably caters to international guests, it’s baffling that the breakfast options were so limited and unappealing to a Western palate. The dining hall was also overcrowded, with too many guests at once, including children playing on phones at full volume—a noisy and stressful way to start the day. Service was inconsistent and, at times, awkward. On one occasion, a staff member greeted me with “Namaste,” assuming I was Indian, which left me taken aback. Some staff were better trained than others, but the overall experience was far from smooth. For instance, I ordered sunny-side-up eggs one morning, which were available, but the next day, I was told they weren’t offered and was given overly greasy fried eggs instead. This lack of consistency and the apparent lack of training among the staff were glaring issues. The dining hall itself was uncomfortably hot, making meals even less enjoyable. Tissue was nowhere to be found, adding to the overall discomfort. I chose this place partly because of its location, which is conveniently close to many bars, cafés, and the beach. However, it was also advertised as soundproof, which couldn’t be further from the truth. The constant noise from other guests, particularly children playing with the doorbells and loud voices at all hours, meant I never had a peaceful night’s sleep. Being woken up between 3 to 6 am became a daily occurrence, and it left me exhausted and frustrated. In conclusion, this hostel was far from worth the premium price. The service, quality, and overall experience fell drastically short of expectations. Here I am, still in my room with blood stained sheets, on the verge of booking another place because I simply cannot stay here any longer. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

The hotel is located across the road from the sea, there is an underground passage to the beach. The hotel has two swimming pools, one of which was not working, a sauna, which was also not working, and something similar to a Turkish hamam, a spa, a relaxation area, parking for bikes. . The room is clean, the bed is very soft and comfortable, there is a private small balcony, disposable toiletries, but no disposable slippers. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the buffet breakfast is varied, the dishes are delicious. The welcome fruits in the room were not very tasty. Overall, I liked my stay at this hotel, but the sauna that was not working spoiled my mood.

We have nothing but PRAISE for the entire team at this nearly perfect resort in Danang. Four of us stayed here for 3 nights and we agreed unanimously that this has been one of the most pleasant experience for 4 well-travelled individuals. Read on & you will agree too. The basics first: All the staff we encountered were vibrant, friendly, warm & pleasant. All speak English and some are very fluent. The property itself is not huge, the pool villa we chose was spacious both inside & outdoor with simple & cozy setting. Healthy snacks, herbal teas & fruity water were all complimentary & duly refilled daily. Tlhe rooms were clean & spotless. There is an infinite pool outdoors, a well equipped weight training room and another one with exercise machines. We thoroughly enjoyed exercising there in the morning hours. Though there were quite a lot of guests at the resort, but it never got too noisy or overcrowded. The Spa: our package came with daily spa treatment. The masseuses were well trained and we were happy with all the different treatments we had. However, on the first night, I was told I wasn't able to get the specific treatment I'd chosen as the masseuse got sick , the staff immediately offered to compensate me with an extra free treatment during my stay. I did not choose anything on the spot as I was unsure of my schedule. The following day at my spa treatment, the spa manager approached me right away and asked if I would be interested in making the appt for the free spa treatment. To our surprise, the offer also extended to my roommate as well. We gladly accepted the offer & scheduled the appt. It's not about the free offer, it's all about how the resort lives up to service excellency & the team's commitment in ensuring that their guests have the best of times while at the resort. The Food: We had breakfast, lunch & poolside drinks there. The vast array of healthy yet delicious selection of food was one of the best ones for our health conscious group. Food on the A la carte menu were comprised & refreshing. And again amazingly, the staff remembered who you are the second time you visited. Hats down to their superb staff training of the resort. The People: Everyone there is as helpful and prompt as it gets, with a sincere attitude. All 4 of us felt that the entire team at the resort deserves the best compliment! Special shout out to Mr. Huy who helped me on Day 1 with securing my seat for my return flight, Ms Chung the sweet & skillful masseuse, the staff at the front desk who made us feel like queens of world, Ms Nhi, Ms Thanh, Ms Thach, Mr Son, Mr. Long & Mr Quang. We are already planning our next trip back. We highly recommend Tia Wellness Resort. Come experience for yourself.

The bed sheets are good and the room is spacious. The Moon Milk supermarket right in front has good food ingredients, which is a big plus. However, the cleaning conditions in places that are not visible were disappointing. There was mothballs in the elevator, so I had a hard time holding my breath, and there were things left in the sink drawer that the previous user had left behind. The hardest thing was that there were no staff after 6 o'clock, which was frustrating. I wondered if I should buy toilet paper myself. And unlike the picture, there was no TV in my room, but that was okay. It seemed like they didn't care about such complaints. I recommend paying 10,000 won more and staying at another hotel 5 meters away.

The triple room is made up from a double bed and a super single bed. The double bed is overly too small to accommodate even 2 small-medium size ladies- 150cm(51kg), 156cm(53kg). The bath room shower is rusted and water leaking everywhere, there is no hand towel on second night stay. The breakfast is terrible, the coffee taste like Chinese bitter medicine tea- look very black, u can taste the power and extreme bitterness. Very amazing and totally brand new taste for me on Coffee . The toaster need to manually control with your own timer in order not to burn the bread, after u pressed the switch down, it won’t jump up automatically . Moreover, there is not much choice for breakfast. Basically you can ignore the breakfast offer from the hotel and look for ur own choice of breakfast. I can hear the sounds at next door (my cousin is staying besides of my room) and even 2floors below. The sound from street is also very noisy at night. We are happy to move to another hotel in next visit.
