I had a great experience at Palazzo Hotel! The place is good, and the location is really convenient close to everything we needed. We booked a room with free breakfast, and the food was amazing! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxing vibe. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to go back again. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Da Nang!

Best location for price! Stayed here with my child in a Junior Suite which was massive - huge open living room with incredible views of the beach. Bathroom was spacious with both shower and tub, and king bed was actually a king! Breakfast buffet was lovely and had enough options, always with a daily noodle soup. Decor more dated but everything was clean, though found some small ants by the windows. Would stay here again for the location in An Thương with so many great restaurants by us - both local and touristy but all yummy! The only downside was the spa - the lady who serviced me kept putting her phone in my face and trying to add me on WhatsApp while giving me a massage and rather unprofessional. You should go to L Spa around the corner instead.

Apart from the mediocre breakfast spread, I really can’t find any fault with the hotel. The private beach stretches long and is absolutely beautiful and clean, the waves are gentle and the waters so clear. There were life guards on duty until sundown as well. The swimming pool did not disappoint, it was large with a beautiful design to make it interesting, with enough lounge chairs available. Rooms are spacious and clean, typical of CP hotels we’ve stayed in other places before. Check-in and out was rather straightforward with no surprises. There were no porter to help us on our arrival, but then again it was a busy afternoon at the lobby but on our departure day we had help. Overall a very good experience!

The room lights are all over the place. One switch to turn off all the lights was literally under a table. The management is unable to give you two pass keys to the room. The housekeeping rings the door unannounced in the morning wanting to clean the room when you are sleeping.

The hotel was wonderful in a great location. The beach and pool were well used by our daughter. A large selection of lovely food for breakfast and I’d recommend the afternoon tea.

A nice hotel on the second line from the beach, Just 3 mins walk. I booked a high floor room with ocean view, the view can see the ocean directly but somewhat obstructed by the buildings in-front of the hotels, but still very nice, the staff is very friendly and welcoming which make the experience a lot better. The breakfast buffet is limited but everyday there is varied items. Overall this hotel is a good value regarding its price for what you get.

Good place for tourists. The highlight for me was definitely the floating breakfast, beautifully presented and such a fun way to start the morning by the pool. We also joined a local tour around the area that the staff helped us book, and it was super convenient and well organized. The staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful. They even gave us discount vouchers for some nearby restaurants they recommended, which turned out to be amazing. My parents especially loved the peaceful and quiet surroundings. Having a private indoor pool was a huge plus, especially during the hot afternoons.The villa was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We all left feeling relaxed and recharged. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a calm and beautiful retreat. Highly recommended!!! Whole resort is awesome Wonderful service We have a personal assistant “Lisa” during stay. She help us a lot especially we order food delivery very often. She help us deliver to our villa. Also help us book everything what I needed She is amazing.

My husband and I stayed in the Premium Ling Ocean Suite for 4 days. Pros: 1. location. Beach is right across the road 2. The premium king Ocean view suite has a big balcony with an unobstructed view of the beach n ocean. 3. Comfortable bed and sofa area. 4. Large wash room 5. Nice pool area with great view. Cons: 1. Bath tub was not clean and the shower cream n shampoo bottles were inconveniently placed on the holder which is beyond our reach from the tub. 2. Suction fan in washroom is not clean. 3. Daily cleaning by Housekeeping was not done properly. There is no attention to details. For example: Did not replace bathrobe, face towel, floor was not cleaned properly. Shreds of tissue paper on bathroom floor was still there after cleaning. Ashray at balcony and drink bottles were not cleared daily. 4. Breakfast at Level 2 restaurant was the same everyday and not refilled efficiently. If u go after 9am...nothing is refilled eventhough breakfast only ends at 9.30am. Quality needs improvement too. 5. Rooftop pool area is not clean. A hotel can be old but maintaining its cleanliness should still be the top priority.

This is our second time back in 2 years. They have upgraded some of the facilities. Breakfast remains good though I think this time they added more Korean food which is not my cup of tea. Room is good. Pool is great. The beach was quiet and very private. Our kids love Pullman and they are looking forward going back again. My daughter accidentally broke the glass in the bathroom and they wanted to charge me for that. It is not a huge amount of money but this is the first time ever I have been asked to pay for a broken glass. As hotel operator, I believe they know usual wear and tear and accidentally damaged items. The room charge should have factored in normal situation like this. It is not vandalism, only one glass was broken and we did not hide it, we left the glass there for them to see and pick up. We were very surprised at them asking us to pay. What if thr fan or air con is broken, will they charge us for fixing it? I suggest them putting a sign up to inform us what will be the charges if things are broken in the room so that we have an option whether we need them to be in the room.
