Hotels in Da Nang Downtown, Da Nang

Great recently opened hotel with a high standards. I stayed there 2 times during one week. That’s is the tallest building in DaNang with a nice rooftop swimming pool on 45th floor. Lobby decoration is just wow! I liked to work there with a cup of coffee. The room is sooooo big with panoramic window facing the river. Bed is very comfortable, pillows and duvet are just pretty good quality what is rare in Vietnam. And soundproofing is just crazy amazing because window is facing the main road connecting the bridge and it’s very noisy area, but you can’t hear the noise in your room. It’s so important in Vietnam and not all hotels have a high quality soundproofing. I was also impressed by a smart toilet 🚽(Japanese). Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Thanks guys for my perfect stay at Marriott.

One of the best location for the International Fire Works Festival, where the view is considerably good from high level of the Hotel Room(River View). Both my kids really spend a good time enjoying the fireworks view without hesitate of going out. Room service and cleanliness is rather outstanding and accommodating especially @ Executive Lounge area, as we spent a good time to chill out with the food and drinks served for families.

Overall good  experience.  Exception is that their hotel driver who was supposed to pick us up from the airport in Danang on arrival did not show up.    We wind up having to use Grab to get a car.  Very messy.   We were told later on that their hotel driver had taken another group.  The rest of the experience is good.   In fact they offer to give us free ride from hotel to airport on departure. There is another confusion.   Our booking has use of the lounge.   So I asked them by email if the lounge also includes breakfast.   They confirmed by email yes and told us there is no need to buybreakfast on booking.   That was exactly what I did.   But then turns out while lounge is allowed but breakfast is not allowed in the lounge unless I paid extra.   To cut the long story short, I showed them the email from their hotel amd they allowed us to have breakfast.  Somewhat confusing in administration in the hotel.  But otherwise service level is good.

It was a pleasant stay at Vanda. Clean big rooms, good selection at the buffet breakfast, and great location. Dragon bridge, Pink Church, Han Market is all within walking distance. We had the privilege being served by Dieu Vy who is very attentive and helpful. He highlighted all the tourist locations within the area and gave good recommendations on the restaurants to get local food. Overall, very satisfied with our stay in Vanda and the delectable chocolates.

The hotel located in a very good location. It is near Han Market, which is about 300 meters away. And the Chicken Church is just 50 meters from the Hotel. About 200 meters to walk to the river side. Beautiful view from the hotel to Han River. We can see the Dragon Bridge show at 9pm on Sat and Sun. There are many restaurants, spa, coffee shoppes around. The hotel has 24hrs stay policy, I can check out at 3pm if I checked in at 3pm on the previous day. Truely good value stay.

First time staying at Tru by Hilton hotel. Basic hotel, just like Holiday Inn Express IHG) and Ibis Styles (Accor). However I am surprised to see that hotel provides full sets of towels, bath, hand, face, and floor mat. Also comes with bathroom slippers. But there is no in room safety box. Breakfast is basic, good enough to fill the hungry stomach. Local dishes, bread, fruits, coffee tea, yogurt. Small gym. Game area. Lockers for luggage, washing machine. Near to local Han Market and Pink Cathedral. Good for budget travellers looking for international brand hotels

The apartment is located in the heart of Da Nang. From the apartment I can see the Han River Bridge rotating and down the street I can see the Dragon Bridge breathing fire and water. Around the apartment there are many delicious restaurants and many amenities. Han Market is only a 3 minute walk. A great place to stay when coming to Da Nang

Hotel is close to the airport which was what we wanted! When we arrived by taxi the staff was quick to help bring our luggage up the stairs to the hotel! Not sure how mobility impaired people would have entered. We had our room upgraded which was nice, it felt like living in a colonial residential master room. Bed was firm and really comfortable. The morning light through the curtain will hit directly in your faces tho! Enjoyed the large room size. The hotel decor was nice, I believe they recently renovated common areas. The room itself and rest of the hotel is on the dated side, the water temperature in the bath/ shower fluctuated and wasn’t stable. The food was mediocre but generous. Gym and pool are small. Didn’t try the spa, though you should book beforehand. Service was friendly. Good restful stay overall.

The room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate three people, with plenty of space for our luggage. However, the shower was a downside—there was no curtain, which caused water to splash everywhere, and the water pressure was quite weak.
