Very well-designed and great location. A short walk to the dragon bridge and Marou chocolate store. The church is just in front. Staff are kind and friendly too. The room is perfect. Especially love the coffee and tea provided in the room. Nice view of the bridge from the breakfast area.

Lần này tôi có sử dụng dịch vụ giặt sấy và thật bất ngờ khi view ở phòng giặt sấy rất là đẹp. Các bạn nhân viên thì vẫn luôn nhiệt tình và năng động như mọi khi, điều này làm tôi cảm thấy rất thoải mái khi giao tiếp với các bạn. Đặc biệt cảm ơn Lucas khi cả 3 lần ở khách sạn của tôi đều là do Lucas checkin và hỗ trợ, tôi cảm thấy rất vui vì điều này

+ 1. Great location, if you’re looking for a hotel not near the beach. 2. The service is AMAZING. Very comfortable and smooth check in and check out. Everyone was very friendly and nice. 3. The room is big, spacious and clean,with all the necessary amenities. 4. Great breakfast, with a lot of varieties. Cons: (I would like to say, that these cons are if I’m being super picky, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel). I wouldn’t recommend their “seafood bbq”. There was not much seafood, but for the price, I can’t complaint too much. I struggled with elevators. The key seems to not always work. 9,5/10 Overall great stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is well run. Rooms are reasonably large and very clean. Many of the rooms offer a wonderful view of the city, including a view of the river. Service is excellent. Rates are great. Breakfast, included in the standard rate, is very good. The breakfast hall attendants are all well trained and they provide an excellent service, from the waiters to the young man behind the bar, who makes various kinds of coffee drinks. The hotel stands out in offering beers and bottled water daily for free. Even snacks are provided free. There is a small plate of fruits in the rooms that is replenished every day. The hotel has a small gym, which appeared reasonably appointed. Saunas are in each shower areas (Ladies and Gentlemen). A steam room is attached to the Ladies sauna. Check in was prompt and well handled. Check out was quick and simple. The hotel manager, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hai (Mike) was extremely helpful. My wife and I had trouble with a Vietnam Airlines reservation. He took some time, contacted people in the Airlines office, and was able to rectify the trouble that we had. This non-hotel related service allowed us to cut down somewhat our air travel expenses. The hotel is located in the City Center (not a beach front hotel). Location is convenient. Other hotels in the same area include Hilton, Marriott and Novotel, and charge higher rates. The river bank, with the night activities, is within a short walking distance. The hotel is recommended to travelers. Overall value is fantastic. I enjoyed the facilities and the excellent service of the hotel staff.

We enjoyed a 4 day stay in GIC hotel and it was one of the best hotels we were! Breakfast was amazing, the staff was super friendly and polite and everyone speaks English! Huuuge thanks to the special attention we received from Chris, front office manager!! He treated us with special attention and gave us tips for trips, what to visit in Da Nang etc. he also speaks English perfectly. Thank you, i would love to return back here and stay here again ;)

Located at the tail of Golden Bridge. Han Market is about 10 minutes walk. Breakfast was superb. McDonald is just next door. Room is new and clean with nice view. Overall it’s a good choice. The spa and massage promo price at the hotel was attractive, but it’s not our preferred kind of service.

The price and the location suited us. It was better than we expected after reading reviews. WiFi in the room was good and Breakfast was good enough compared with price s. The room was very clean and the staff were awesome!

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The staff greeted me with a refreshing welcome drink, setting a perfect tone for my stay. The friendly concierge went above and beyond, eagerly recommending several local dining spots that turned out to be fantastic. One of the highlights of my stay was the rooftop terrace, offering a stunning bird’s-eye view of Da Nang’s downtown. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and take in the city’s vibrant energy. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and provided all the comfort I needed. The morning breakfast was also a delightful experience, with a variety of delicious options to start the day. Overall, my stay was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang.

I stayed at the Happy Day Hotel for four nights in August 2023. I chose this hotel based off the location and cheap price, and I was greatly satisfied in those areas. The river view rooms offer great views across the Han River (I was on the 8th floor), and the location itself is great, being close to the Han Market, Da Nang Cathedral, etc., and within pretty close walking distance to the Dragon Bridge and Cham Museum. There's also a pretty convenient bus stop by the cathedral that can get you close to the beach areas, Marble Mountains, Hoi An, etc. There are also countless restaurants and coffee shops around catering to all tastes and budgets. The staff was nice, and the laundry service was cheap. Although the facilities could probably use an update and there were some harmless ants sharing the room with me at all times, I'd highly consider staying here again in the future if I'm ever back in Da Nang.

My husband & I stayed at Muong Thanh Luxury Song Han 4 nights & 5 days from May 28 to June 1st, 2023. Overall I would give a 3.0 rating for morning buffet. They had the new local specialty dish every morning. Other than that, other dishes are very limited, not too much selection. I would give them a 5+ for their customer service. We were looking for help to install a face shield for our helmet. Ngu-the name of the friendly bell-boy, who finished his shift and was ready to go home with his family. However, he was willing to help us got it done in 1.5 hour. Much appreciated for his assistance! I would give the hotel cleanness, room space & location a 5. I love the location of this hotel. It's a walking distance to amenities such as Han Market, Cho Con Market, the dragon bridge as well as many great local restaurants. The location is in the heart of Da Nang city. I would highly recommend you to stay at this hotel for your trip.
