Clean, comfortable hotel…. Polite & friendly staff on reception , housekeeping and dining area….. food choices are plentiful and fresh…. Located close to the beach within easy walking distance of the main town/ market / Dragon bridge area…… lovely hotel and very reasonably priced…. This is our second visit to Da Nang and had no hesitation booking the Fivitel Queen ….. can not fault the hotel, the cleanliness, the staff throughout from reception, waiting staff, porters, housekeeping….. will be back again and 100 % recommend to others ….. well done Fivitel on all you provide to your guests ❤️

Good location, very close to the sea and very convenient. The hotel is clean, breakfast is à la carte, eating and massage around the hotel are convenient, and there is a Catholic church.

This hotel is worth staying for money . Very friendly and helpful staffs all time . Located at very convinced place whereby near and walking distance to beach , food restaurant , massage centres many more places . Hotel were so clean and everyday they do room cleaning service and bathroom tools replacements to new toothpaste, toothbrush etc . Really recommended to those travel to Danang to stay here . For us definitely will repeat our stay if visit Danang . Thank you for this fantastic deals and perfect accommodation service provided .

I stayed in the hotel for three nights, and decided to stay for two more nights after checking in on the first day. Ctrip is much cheaper than booking in the store. The breakfast is very rich, the front desk speaks English and everyone is welcoming. You can rent a motorcycle. It is a little more expensive at 150w. I have rented 100w and 120w before. But it ’s safer to rent a car where you live, because it ’s better to press a passport or rent a car in a regular place. The hotel room is very nice, larger than other hotels in Da Nang, the beds are comfortable and the price is cheap

Close to the beach and a yellow flag area for swimming. Good coffee shops, restaurants and cafes right outside. Long walk to old town, depends what you want , old town or beach side. Beach is great, nice to walk swim and promenade. Lots of taxi and grab bikes to pick up easy

The location of the hotel is good, the beach is within walking distance, and the service is very good. We were upgraded to a 4--bedded family room on arrival. During the buffet breakfast, many items had beef and pork. So, when the staff came to know that we don't eat beef and pork, they were kind enough to prepare a fish dish especially for us. We were really impressed with this nice gesture.👍

Hotal doesn't seem to confirm the reservation on this site. I checked the reservation and visited, but the staff did not confirm my reservation and said there was no room left. When I tried to cancel, Julia House, a little far from this hotel? I had to stay there because I would guide me to the hotel. I don't even take my passport properly, so I remember returning the car and visiting the hotel again. Please ask for your passport and bring it.

My wife had a one month stay at Gemma hotel and apartment. Simply stated the hotel and staff far exceeded our expectations. We had a 2 room suite on an upper floor which was spacious and very clean. Daily housekeeping and awesome buffet breakfast provided. Staff strives to deliver 5* service. Helpful and friendly from front desk, to restaurant to housekeeping. Location of hotel is perfect as it's halfway to both beach and city center. Will DEFINITELY return to Gemma as we feel it is our home.

Modern decorated hotel with a good price point. Beds were comfortable and I love the bathroom. The security guard was friendly and staff was friendly. This is located in a more local area I would say. Just downstairs is Le Duan Night Market. And a 3 mins walk to Con Market which has ample of local hawker food choices. You can take in the sights of wet market, dried food stalls, clothing and bag stalls. There is a bakery few doors down of the hotel on the same side. Popeye and KFC a little further down. Other than that, not much around as in it is not a area which is spotted with ample of shops, cafe and eateries. But, this is not really a problem as you can easily Grab anywhere. Highland Coffee is about an 8 min walk at the junction. I booked 2 rooms Superior Double Rooms. One had a big window facing the city. Unfortunately, I had the inner room assigned with a narrow frosted window so it was basically just 4-walls, Wished they had mentioned that.
