From the moment we checked in, the staff at Mercure Hotel were super accommodating and genuinely friendly—big shoutout to everyone from the front desk all the way up to the crew in the Hills! This hotel is great and use of the waterpark and hot springs and dinosaur park and gardens it really is amazing would stay again would be great with kids or grandkids, so much to see would stay for 4 nights next time 2 not enough. So much beauty and fun, staff could learn more English or is more Vietnamese but it’s fabulous

I celebrated my birthday here and I will say that I am delighted with this wonderful place! Thank you very much to those who created it and thank you to those who put their efforts into improving this place. And the show and the singers were a pleasant surprise for us! and the fire show too! I will come back here again. The place is picturesque, in the mountains, warm and cozy.

The hotel is not bad! It's big enough, clean, and overall comfortable! I'll go there again if I have the chance, but the only drawback may be that there are few things to shop and eat nearby.

Location: 5 minutes by taxi from the airport, 15 minutes walk to Sebyeok or good rest for departure. Facilities: Don't expect to be an old hotel. However, the management is fine and antique. Breakfast: Eat out of three menus to eat at No. Taeop Restaurant. Trivia: Employees are very kind and actively support small things. General comment: This hotel is not good for singing.

Check in was smooth and room was spacious. Just nice for 3 people stay! However it felt like the bed and some parts of the room was slightly dusty and filled with plaster bagworms. I woke up feeling itchy after sleeping on a slightly dusty bed. One night was just nice, and the amenities were sufficient. Air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working too well, but thankfully we manage to get that figured out. For the affordable price paid, I think the stay was alright!

The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. The room is cleaned daily with the toiletries replenished and towels replaced. The room is just not sound proof that we can hear people from the nearby room arguing😂. There is plenty of nice coffee shops, dimsum and grocery stores around, and walkable to Han river and dragon bridge.
