Beautiful Views and Excellent Service at Balcona Hotel Da Nang I stayed at Balcona Hotel Da Nang for two nights and had a truly enjoyable experience. The hotel environment is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The sea view from the room was absolutely stunning, and the pool area offered beautiful scenery that made it perfect for relaxing. The food at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Whether it was breakfast or other meals, everything was fresh and flavorful. What impressed me most was the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. They genuinely care about guest satisfaction and handled everything with sincerity and efficiency. Even when a small issue arose during my stay involving a driver, the hotel team responded quickly and thoughtfully, making sure I felt safe and supported. I truly appreciate the way the hotel took responsibility and made things right. It’s clear that guest experience is a top priority here. One lovely surprise: if you're celebrating a birthday, the hotel will even prepare a cake for you! It’s a thoughtful gesture that shows how much they value their guests. walking distance to the beach just around 5 minutes. surrounded with many restaurant and convenient store, so you don't need to worry about the food or item that you need during travel to Danang. i like their roof top pool, i enjoyed the sunbath myself during my stay. breakfast is okay for me as asian, they even provide instruction to made kimchi rice as they got lots of korean guest.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property looks modern, new, and very clean—definitely worthy of five stars. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided, and we had a beautiful partial sea view that made the stay even more special. Since this trip was for my sister’s birthday, the hotel went above and beyond by surprising her with a birthday cake, which we truly appreciated. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of Vietnamese, Korean, and Western options that changed every day. We also really enjoyed the afternoon tea. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. Lindsey and the whole team were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive—they really made us feel welcome. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends, and we look forward to coming back again!

This hotel is truly fantastic. The staff are absolutely delightful. The moment we arrived we were greeted with a welcome drink, sat down and welcomed in a friendly manner. The room was big and spacious with a great view of the ocean. Quickly after arriving the staff brought me some cake to celebrate my birthday, so touching. The breakfast buffet is delicious, every day it changes so you can try different things. I really enjoyed the local iced coffee. Another thing is every day you can have 5 laundry items washed for free. This was a life saver. Nice touch. Location. Absolutely fantastic. Beach directly in front of the hotel, shops , restaurants and bars a plenty. Fantastic. Pool- the pool is a little chaotic. If you go at 6 am you can capture the beautiful view and enjoy a good swim. However slowly more and more people come and as the pool is small it is hard to swim. Also I think staff should be monitoring the children and ensure they stick to the smaller pool. Also there are limited sun beds so you also need to arrive early. However the umbrellas are useless. I got burnt although I hid under the umbrella and used sunscreen. Overall an amazing stay. I would definitely come back again.

Everything is wonderful! The hotel is very clean, the breakfasts are delicious and varied, and the housekeeping is great. The location is convenient, and the staff are absolutely lovely. I’ll definitely be coming back here every time! 🌸

We checked in at 2 PM, and free luggage storage was available. Breakfast was pretty standard, and the pool could have been cleaner. We were assigned a room with a sea view, and the scenery was stunning once we pulled back the curtains. The hotel is located on the second row from the beach, roughly a 5-minute walk away. Right outside the property, you'll find everything you need: supermarkets, restaurants, spas, and ATMs. Even after check-out, they allowed us to use their shower facilities after returning from the beach. The service was excellent, and my only regret is that we only booked for one day.

I had a great experience at Palazzo Hotel! The place is good, and the location is really convenient close to everything we needed. We booked a room with free breakfast, and the food was amazing! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxing vibe. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to go back again. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Da Nang!

Booked a night in this hotel and we've stayed in level 10 which has the nicest view ever, did not managed to join their free breakfast buffet as me and the fam wanna have other Vietnamese breakfast on our day of departure. This hotel is great, its very spacious for that kind of price it is more than worth it, close to the beach, nearby has a lot of restaurants,spa , few atm and small shops that opens 24hrs. Totally worth it, do not hesitate to stay here, the staff is warm , welcoming and helpful too!!

Dear Management Team, I am writing to share my experience during a two-night stay at the Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa. While the overall ambiance of the resort is pleasant, there are a few areas that I believe require attention to enhance the guest experience. The room facilities appeared outdated, which slightly detracted from the comfort we expected. On the second night, my husband and I experienced skin irritation while sleeping, which we initially thought was due to excessive sun exposure or dry skin. After showering and applying moisturizer, the itching persisted upon returning to bed. This occurred around 3 AM, and to avoid further disturbance, we used bathroom towels as bedding. The next morning, we noticed no further irritation, strongly suggesting an issue with the bed linens or bedding. Additionally, we observed visible stains on the pillows and some marks on the fabric sofa in the room, which added to our concerns about cleanliness. Regarding dining, we visited two of the three breakfast restaurants. In one, we were seated at a fabric sofa that had noticeable stains from spilled food. I informed the waiter about the unhygienic condition, but with the restaurant being busy and limited seating available, I requested an extra napkin to place under me as a temporary solution. This experience was disappointing, as cleanliness in dining areas is crucial for guest comfort. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as we believe addressing these issues—particularly the cleanliness of bedding and furniture—would greatly improve the guest experience.
