Great location on the river very close to dragon bridge with very helpful staff . Down side , mediocre breakfast but great views. Worst .. very cramped small rooms ok for a night but our 3 nights meant we were getting a little claustrophobic by the end.

This hotel is prime location, convenient and walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, markets, the river and the dragon bridge. Only a short distance to the beach. The suite offered lounge and breakfast access. The pool area and gym are nice. For these reasons, I would stay here again.

2nd time repeat stay in this particular hotel. Review remains similar as before: My family & I personally is happy & extremely satisfied with Novotel. All the service staff are friendly, helpful & full of smiles which can make anybody to feel so welcome to Da Nanang. Location is convenient & room unit is very clean with fantastic view towards Han River & nearby ocean (stayed in 21st floor). Plus points for just a walking distance (approx. 5 min) towards Han river cruise booths & (approx. 15 min) popular Han market. Breakfast buffet is good & tasty, with both local + international & few selections of Korean food available. A recommended hotel to stay if chosen to stay in downtown instead of beach resorts. Two thumbs up for a pleasant & enjoyable stay in Novotel which made my family vacation experience a meaningful & satisfying one. Mini markets are available at walking distance (10 min. away) located below Hilton Da Nanang. Nearest Starbucks coffee outlet location is below Hilton Da Nang, for those coffee junkies hunting for a perfect cup of coffee to kick-off the day. A nice 5 star rating hotel, worthed the price paid. An additional note: Grabcar appears to be a very convenient way to move around & explore the city (not so costly too). Madame Lan restaurant nearby comes highly recommended as well for nice & tasty local Vietnamese cuisine.

9/10 stay! We loved our time at this hotel. The room is big, clean, very well decorated, and stocked with free water, coffee, and a coffee percolator. We thoroughly enjoyed our morning coffee in our room. The shampoo/conditioner/shower gel smells amazing and the bathroom was great. The beds are clean and comfortable, and the WiFi is strong. The gym is small but fit for use, and the laundry section is free and great. I worked from the coworking space downstairs which was amazing. There is also a water filter downstairs which was helpful for refilling our water bottles. We also enjoyed playing pool. Nice coffee shop downstairs, and the staff are great 🫶🏼 Very well located opposite the pink cathedral. The only issue was the construction noise on two mornings and the breakfast wasn’t very good, so I wouldn’t be happy to pay extra for this in the future.

Service better than anywhere else I have seen The rooms are really good size the east side of the hotels gives you a good view of the river and the sea in distance Very good beds and pillows.. TV is a good size i 2 english news as well as ABC Australia News not much in movies channels for english The bathroom was modern and easy to us .. if I had a partner come I don't think there would be enough room for toiletries The pool was a bit small but felt good enough.. bit cool at the deep end. Breakfast is mainly Asian dishes but had bacon and eggs fruit and yoghurt and good coffee. But at times it was not hot enough Overall I would give the place a. 4 out of 5

Excellent hotel with clean rooms and great service. It's in a remote area but a great choice for business travelers.

What a great hotel! Totally new. The rooms are small but comfortable and modern. Good internet, great tv . The bed is very comfortable, and the noise isolation is great. Breakfast is included with the price. I really like this place and will be back 👍🏻

The location is good, you can see the dragon bridge, but you’re at the back end of the bridge, not the head where the Fire and Water comes from. I specifically wanted a balcony but the “balcony” was actually just a window (see pic) and there was no room to hang out there. There was a power cut and the generator failed so we woke up to no lights or AC and nothing had charged. I didn’t want to go for breakfast on this day as I wasn’t even sure it was possible. It would’ve been nice if they’d offered us a free coffee or something to make up for the inconvenience.

We had a nice stay at G8 hotel. The location is more in the city center rather than by the beach, which was great for exploring Da Nang on foot. We visited Da Nang Cathedral, local markets, and other attractions, and it was still easy to catch a Grab from the hotel when needed. The room was spacious and clean, making our stay comfortable. However, there are a few areas for improvement. Before entering the main lobby, there are some stairs, and when we arrived or departed, the hotel staff didn’t notice us, so we had to carry our luggage ourselves. It would be great if they could be more attentive in assisting guests. Additionally, during check-in, the on-duty receptionist was coughing but wasn’t wearing a mask, which made us feel a bit uneasy since influenza was going around at that time. We hope the hotel can pay more attention to this in the future for the safety of guests. On a positive note, the staff member who assisted us during checkout was very warm and friendly. She always had a smile and was attentive to our concerns, which left a great impression—though unfortunately, we forgot her name. Overall, a good stay with a great location and friendly service.
