For the same price, I would rather book a hotel near My Khe Beach than this hotel. Then why did I book this hotel? I made the reservation in a hurry, and I didn’t know this hotel is so far away from the beach. You will have to take taxis.
Second, there is no swimming pool. I knew it when I was booking. I chose this hotel because breakfast buffet looked good. I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and 5 breakfast buffets. Menus were almost identical, and I felt underwhelmed.
Yes, this hotel is near a cathedral and a market. But if you are not interested in those, take my advice. Get a hotel near beach for about the same price. I get a feeling that this hotel is overestimating itself.

Hotel in great location right in the city area with many shops and restaurants. Next to the famous pink church, Han market and also the river. Good policy of check out time being the same as your check in time. Hassle free check in, check out. Fantastic view from room and also on 19th floor. Clean room, but free bottled water unable to consume due defective caps on both bottles.
