Although it is located next to DaNang Harbor, it is only a 5-10 minute walk from the downtown area, restaurants and convenience stores downstairs. In addition to tourists, there should be other monthly tenants living in the house, and the entrance and exit control is not very strict.

After checking in, I found out that there was a problem with the room.
The air conditioner was so noisy that I took a video and complained to the lobby, but they said they would call a technician instead of changing rooms.
While we were away, the technician turned off the air conditioner instead of fixing it.
After the schedule was over, we checked that it was quiet and thought it was fixed, but
the room made a squeaking noise when the air conditioner was turned on.
I found out the next day, but my parents fought over the sofa in the living room to escape the heat.
I was very disappointed with the service at this hotel.
