Very nice hotel, there were some problems with check-in, because they didn't see our reservation, but everything was sorted out. Breakfast was not bad, rooms are beautiful and with all necessary amenities. We will definitely return

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed in
On top of the mountain with the golden hand bridge and it was a beautiful day you could see all the way down to the valley
The breakfast was second to not absolutely great so many varieties
The cable car ride up to the hotel was beautiful. Everything was laid out pretty nice.
My wife said castles are for real. She thought it was just a fairytale. 🤗🤟🏼

Everything was great! Entrance to the park with hot springs, bird park, dinosaurs, etc. is included in the price of accommodation. On March 8, I was given a voucher for a free visit to a mud bath, which costs 200k 😊 It was very nice. The territory and the hotel are very cool

I brought my 6-year-old child and they asked me to pay extra before I even got to the hotel hot spring entrance. I couldn't find the slippers in the room and they asked me to pay extra. I could only take a hot spring bath in January, and the water was so cold that I couldn't play the water slides and entertainment facilities...

This hotel is great and use of the waterpark and hot springs and dinosaur park and gardens it really is amazing would stay again would be great with kids or grandkids, so much to see would stay for 4 nights next time 2 not enough. So much beauty and fun, staff could learn more English or is more Vietnamese but it’s fabulous

I went with my family in 2019, and this was my second visit. Everything was good, but there were a lot of construction sites so it wasn't great. I want to go again with my wife for 3 days and 2 nights to see when the construction will end.
