Excellent, pool on the roof, the view from the roof is great, especially at night. The staff is friendly. There is a kettle to boil water. I liked the room in general, there is some dust that has not been removed from the lamps, but otherwise it is clean. Close to the beach. A taxi to the airport cost 51,000 of their currency and the taxi driver asked for another 10,000. He said a ticket to the airport, I think he lied, but because of 40₽ I did not argue 😃

Everything is good here in general. The price-quality ratio is excellent. The only significant minus for me was the very uncomfortable and thick pillows, I couldn't sleep on them. I bought myself a new one and nothing bothers me anymore. The pool is small, but quite nice and the view of the city is good. It's just a 7-10 minute walk to the beach in a straight line, with cafes, shops and massage parlors along the way.

The hotel in itself is not bad but the housekeeping staff really have to put cleaning in their agenda. I have attached images of my room after they cleaned it each day immediately after they “cleaned”. I’m African and the day I checked in, the towels were clean and fluffy. Now they give me this crap. They don’t do this for their other guests. I’m disgusted because they happily take the money but refuse to give us the service we paid for. Very shameful and dirty

I wanted to rent it for 2 months, before that I specially stopped by to see what kind of hotel it was. It was just awful - dirty, dark and cold. It was disgusting and I wanted to run away from there.
The view is great, but the wind blows through the windows so much that it is impossible to sleep because of the noise and cold.
I waited for hot water in the shower for 15 minutes, the sockets did not work!
I do not recommend, 0 out of 10

The location is generally good, it's a 10-15 minute walk to the sea, there's a bus stop nearby so you can go to another part of the city, or take a bike. This area is mostly inhabited by foreigners, so there are quite a lot of European-style cafes nearby.
As for the hotel, I liked it, really liked it. The bed is clean, the bathroom is good, there's a kettle, a hair dryer, a refrigerator, everything is in working order. There's a swimming pool on the top floor, small but clean. Wi-Fi is connected everywhere, it works well. The soundproofing is also good, which is very pleasing during a long stay.

First of all, it smelled.. and there was smoking in the hallway. The room didn't have disposable slippers, but shared slippers. The water in the fridge was paid for, but the water outside was free. The pool wasn't open. They didn't accept dollars, and of course they didn't exchange money. It seemed like a Chinese-only accommodation. They asked for filtered photos.
