A bit sad. I was book for 2 nights in this hotel . First I book twins. And room was clean. Then I book another night for stay I pick twins bed but they give us a kings bed. And bad things is I was out in the Da Nang area. So I’m not around there at the time. And they just throw all my stuff on another room . So sad . Last day in Da Nang bad sad experience

It was a decent hotel for an affordable price, although it looked old and kinda far from everything and also their lights outside were always off during nighttime which made it scary to actually go home at night for a solo traveler

We were checked into a room with a non-working air conditioner. We tried to resolve this issue for two days, and eventually, we were moved to a dirty room with a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. The sheets and pillows were dirty. It would be better to supervise the cleaning staff when they change the bed linens.

The staff is nice, they went out of their way to accommodate us, we checked in earlier, the view of the city is gorgeous, the sea is in the distance, the parking is free, underground

The air conditioner doesn't cool properly, even when turned on to maximum, the room is very hot from 6-7 am, even the curtains didn't help, which we closed (and the whole view was lost)
There is a constant smell of sewage, and it is simply impossible to be there
They don't give an additional card so that the electricity works continuously
The shampoos and shower gels were empty, but toothbrushes and toothpaste were added every day
There is a pool, we swam once, the sun loungers are dirty and the water is cloudy
