In order to avoid any problems with the schedule, the check-in time was 2:00, but I checked in around 1:40. I said I understood because they said check-in starts at 2:00, and I waited.
I was traveling with family and friends, and 2 out of 3 rooms were ready, but 1 was not ready, so we had to go together anyway,
I said that we would check in together as soon as 1 room was ready, and when 2:30 came, it wasn't ready, so I complained, but they just said they were sorry, so I waited again,
and 5 minutes later, I spoke to another staff member again, but they kept repeating that check-in only starts at 2:00, and that you can't check in right away at 2:00.
If check-in starts at 2:00, shouldn't people who arrive at 2:00 be allowed to check in right away? If they say it starts at 2:00, that means that you can check in even if you arrive after 2:00, at 3:00 or 4:00.
They're just talking nonsense, and my schedule is behind, and the soundproofing is not good at all, and the shower is very uncomfortable and the water doesn't drain, and the smell of the sewer is vibrating. The only good thing is that the breakfast was delicious. But it's the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in.
