Pharaoh Boutique Hotel Danang

I give the hotel a solid four! What I liked: the location, the availability of coffee shops and shops nearby. The staff, the hotel amenities - everything is top notch! I would like to highlight the cleaning separately - it didn't matter what time I left the room and returned, I could leave at 9 am and return at 12 or leave at 11 and return at 18 - a clean, tidy room with fresh bed linen and towels was always waiting for me upon my return. What I reduced the score for: firstly, the breakfast was a bit meager. Every day about the same food, there wasn't enough variety. Secondly, the insects. I admit that this is a problem for the whole city in general, but nevertheless, small ants were constantly crawling around the room, which could bite. But one way or another, I saw them everywhere, not only on the territory of this hotel, so I can't call this problem critical. One way or another, my stay at the hotel left me with positive impressions, and I would be happy to book a room there next time!

Apparently, they had a bad experience with ants and rats invading their rooms. There were a lot of ants in particular.

There were several long strands of hair left on the sink. The shower pressure was weak, and I thought I'd never be able to rinse out the shampoo. The pho for breakfast tasted okay, but there were a lot of ants floating in the soup, probably because I was the only one who added leaves. There were no ants in my family's soup. Perhaps it's a Chinese hotel, as breakfast is primarily Chinese. One morning, while I was hanging my swimsuit out on the balcony, water suddenly started pouring down from a hose. It seemed like someone upstairs was watering the plants, but I wish they'd checked. A friendly-looking cleaning lady came in while I was in the room, and she swept the room with the same broom she'd used to sweep the wet balcony. The bed and sofa were fine. I went swimming in the pool that night, but there was no one there, so I was able to enjoy myself to my heart's content. I had planned to stay two nights, but checked out after one.

The price was actually quite reasonable and the stay was okay. However, there were a lot of ants in the room. They bit me and made me sick. They also damaged my skin.

You can walk to My Khe Beach, but our family was satisfied because we could see various parts of Da Nang on foot in about 10 minutes. We browsed through local restaurants and found some delicious ones to eat at. The Pharaoh Pool, while small, was more than enough for a family of four. The kids said the pho for breakfast was delicious.
