the guy at the reception helped with the plaster, responsive and neat. there is parking inside for a moped, the area is touristy, there is a store, eateries, a pub nearby. there is a washroom next to the hotel and at 7:40 they already started hammering with a drill, but since I set the alarm at that time, it's ok. I liked the hotel, a typical Vietnamese business, when the family lives on the first floor, and everything above is for rent

Horrible, old, noisy place! If you want to sleep don’t come here, coz there’s construction starts at 7am and super noisy. I booked for 4 nights but could stay only 3 nights because I hated it so much!
Old furniture, they offered me to clean just one time… so so bad
