It was different to what’s shown on the listing pictures which I’m assuming it is time for renovation as the place is quite old shown on pictures attached, pool tiles coming off, seats broken & not ideal location to find food etc however it has awesome view from the room & balcony which is a bonus

please just choose another expensive one. Because that room was not cleaned, also bedsheets,blankets has big spots. Afternoon I told them j wanna change them, but in evening tgey said their restock room hasn’t blanket and tgey gave us bedsheets. Unfortunately that bedsheets is also dirty. In Room has a lot small things like a mosquito or something. Bus stop is so far away from hotel you need to always catch a taxi or looong walk. I don’t recommend that to anyone. Just go near to danang downtown or beach.

The name doesn't match the reality. The room needs of renovation. ➖ The quality of cleaning should be improved. ➖ The beds are really big and the view is good. ➕ The pillows are uncomfortable.➖ They have stairs in front of the hotel and I want to thank the person who helped me with my luggage. ➕ It’s okay for one night.

The staffs were helpful and courteous. The hotel location is outside the city so you need to call a taxi. The pool is not clean and not safe, no railing, especially it on the 12 floors.

Excellent price for a hotel! £7 and couldn't complain. Super friendly reception desk, allowed us to check in early, and overall very pleasant. While the room was admittedly a little dirty, for the price this was expected. Large balcony overlooking Da Nang river and also a beautiful Buddha statue/temple to the left. Highlight of the stay: largest TV so far out of all the hotels across Vietnam :)

The room is good, but low of cleaning.  The receptionist was not very friendly but was still able to provide service.

Quiet and calm hotel

Great place, very big and spacious rooms. A bit far from the beach but it’s easy to get there by car or motorcycle.

Hundreds of ants in the room, could never get rid of them even after changing sheets which reception couldn’t understand. Hard to sleep at night because the ants would crawl on you and bite!! Balcony lights cannot be controlled by guest so much wait until 10pm for them to shut, then you can’t turn them on even if you wanted to. Nothing around, not even a store. I guess you get what you pay for since it was dirt cheap.

Nice hotel for a night stay. Affordable yet has a comfortable bed. Beware if you’re taking GRAB since Grab location is inaccurate. Driver will be in the wrong location.

Hotel was good and cheap, clean. But cleaning service doesn't like to change bed linen

Everything is well maintained and organised. We liked the hotel amenities except one that the hotel staff always says they are out of eggs during breakfast buffet. I stayed there for 5 nights and My only question was how come they are out of eggs pretty much everyday that too for breakfast. Apart from that their breakfast was good and wholesome.
