I booked for 7 days, but they vacated the room after 1 day. I couldn't get a refund, and it was completely different from the pictures. There were no windows, the refrigerator was broken, it smelled a lot, it was the worst. When I opened the window, I couldn't see outside, it was a completely blocked-up warehouse.

Where do I begin? 😅 Pros: close to the beach, hotel is not very old. Cons: receptionists has no interest doing their job, broken phone, broken water boiler, no cleaning service unless asked, bedsheets and towels too old, safe was locked so I needed to go down and ask them to open (since the phone is broken and I can’t call them). Then the safe battery was low so I asked them to change but the receptionist said I don’t know anything about that 😂 Then he lied to me after couple of days when I followed up on the matter. Every time when I needed to ask something they staff looked bothered because I was disturbing their social media time.

The information about amenities is incorrect.
The one bedroom/balcony apartment and the 37m2 studio apartments not not have any kitchenware, utensils, no cups, no plates, no bowls etc etc. But they do have a jug!
Also maintenance needs to be done.
When you ask reception they don’t understand!
It’s a shame, Could be great apartments for longer stays if as advertised had the necessary kitchen wares etc.
