To be honest, I can't say it's 5 stars. I think the mattress needs to be replaced urgently. The mattress was so worn out that the next morning, my back almost hurt ㅠㅠ It was the most expensive hotel I stayed at during my trip to Danang (Royal Hoi An/Belle Marina/Novotel/TMS), but it was the most disappointing. I think that in exchange for the high price, they need to constantly manage the room condition, etc. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with the optimal location and the friendliness of the staff. (When making a reservation, be sure to ask for a high floor. Lower floors are bothered by the noise of cars and motorcycle horns. It is not soundproof.)

This is our second time in Da Nang, and our first stay at this hotel was for nine days. We booked a room with a view of the city. The impressions are the best! A wonderful hotel, designed in a modern style. Very clean, cozy, beautiful. Convenient location, good service. Excellent, varied and delicious buffet breakfasts. Very large and cozy room. Comfortable mattress and pillows. The staff is incredibly polite, friendly and helpful. Large, bright and beautiful main hall where you are greeted as a dear guest. The room has a hair dryer, toiletries, a kettle, tea leaves and coffee, sugar, drinking water (everything is replenished daily). The impressions from our stay are the best! I will recommend this chic and cozy hotel to my friends! We will definitely come back here! Thank you for your hospitality!!!!

The location near the beach is good, and it's a new hotel, so the facilities are good. It's good for taking pictures, and most people are nice.
