This hotel is truly fantastic.
The staff are absolutely delightful. The moment we arrived we were greeted with a welcome drink, sat down and welcomed in a friendly manner.
The room was big and spacious with a great view of the ocean. Quickly after arriving the staff brought me some cake to celebrate my birthday, so touching.
The breakfast buffet is delicious, every day it changes so you can try different things. I really enjoyed the local iced coffee.
Another thing is every day you can have 5 laundry items washed for free. This was a life saver. Nice touch.
Location. Absolutely fantastic. Beach directly in front of the hotel, shops , restaurants and bars a plenty. Fantastic.
Pool- the pool is a little chaotic. If you go at 6 am you can capture the beautiful view and enjoy a good swim. However slowly more and more people come and as the pool is small it is hard to swim. Also I think staff should be monitoring the children and ensure they stick to the smaller pool. Also there are limited sun beds so you also need to arrive early. However the umbrellas are useless. I got burnt although I hid under the umbrella and used sunscreen.
Overall an amazing stay. I would definitely come back again.

I hadn't intended to leave a review, but I wanted to remind anyone planning to stay at this hotel to be careful with their belongings. After returning home from my trip, I counted my remaining cash and discovered that all the US dollars in my wallet were gone. Because the local currency is Vietnamese Dong, I always keep my US dollars in a separate bag, either with me or in the hotel safe. The day before check-out, I had a two-hour spa treatment at the hotel, and I wasn't in the room the entire time. My handbag was in the safe. Later, I went out for a quick dinner, and my handbag wasn't in the safe. I believe the cash was stolen during the spa treatment or the dinner. The financial loss was minor, but the emotional damage was far greater! I was so happy and satisfied with my trip to Vietnam, but I didn't expect such a disappointing incident. It makes me question the hotel's security and even the staff's ethics! I won't pursue this matter, but I just want to remind other guests to be more careful! ⚠️⚠️

The location of the hotel is situated very close to the beach and the airport. The reserved room was big with sea view. The hotel's service was excellent and staff was professional with well trained.

The service is friendly and they offer different dining and accommodation discounts. You won't feel bored even if you stay at the hotel all day long. The price is very good. The room is large and has sufficient air conditioning. It is very close to the beach. The rooftop swimming pool is small but the environment is beautiful. I will visit again.
