This hotel's location is definitely a plus. It's very close to the beach, making it a convenient stroll, which is very satisfying. The staff were generally friendly and responsive to requests. The breakfast was also quite varied and tasty, meeting basic needs.
However, the noise level was a major detriment to the experience. The hotel seemed to be undergoing renovations, with occasional construction noise. Furthermore, the cleaning staff was quite loud, and the noise from other guests could be heard, making it difficult to rest quietly in the room during the day. If the noise level could be improved, the overall experience would be much better.

The hotel was located on a back street, so it was quiet and nice. Also, it was just a short walk to the sea, so it was perfect for a morning or evening walk.

We arrived at night and the hotel was average. The free water we wanted to drink was very small, and one bottle had been drunk by someone else. We told the front desk that they didn't want to change it, so we didn't dare to drink the remaining bottle. We had no choice but to buy water ourselves in the middle of the night. The double bed had an uneven mattress and the pillow was a little yellow. We made do with it for one night. The next day we stayed at another hotel that was 20 or 30 yuan more expensive than this one, but the environment and service were much better. I rarely comment, but I was really not happy. The only thing I think could have been a breakfast...

It's about an 8-minute walk to Mikke Beach, and the beach is not too close, so the hotel is less stuffy. There are many restaurants and massage shops around, so it's great to walk and enjoy without having to go all the way to Han Market or take a GrabTigo. I want to come back next time I stay in Danang. The room condition is also very satisfactory. However, the swimming pool is just so-so.
