아내와 함께 3박 4일 중 둘째날 파노라마 리버뷰 스위트 룸에 체크인 한 호텔인데 다음날 퇴실하기전 바퀴벌레가 돌아 다니는걸 확인했다. 체크 아웃시 프런트 직원에게 사진을 보여 줬더니 방 안인지 밖인지 물어 보고는 사과 한마디 없이 쳬크 아웃 진행하고 끝나 버렸다. 힐튼하면 그래도 전세계 체인이 있는 호텔인데 이런식으로 응대하는건 아닌것 같아 글을 올립니다. 바퀴벌레가 있는 상태에서 하루를 지냈다니... 불쾌함이 T T

다만 수영장이 중요하신 분들께는 추천하고 싶지 않네요..
