Hotel is not bad (especially for the price). Its old and not so clean, but our room was nice and big. Seaview is amazing! Location is far from centre, but there is no noisy crowds - just endless beach. Nearby you'll easily find a bunch of good cheap cafes with good seafood (but there is totally no meat). Breakfast is poor in choice, but everything was ok. Coffee is extremely strong, beware Nice rooftop pool with bar space. Good place to stay for a couple of nights. It costs only 25$ per big room with perfect view. Impressive.

Excellent location it's quit far from noisy bars but you can walk from the hotel to restaurant and bars! nice sunrise every morning good food and staff is smiling! and the view from my room is nice I can see the big buddha sunrise and long beach!! I hope the hotel renew their furnitures inside the room and change the curtain.

Happy with the stay. One night only. Did not take the breakfast, so could not comment. Nothing negative to comment. All is good.

Needs more maintenance. I got runny nose and colds due to the aircon which was not very clean. Avoid booking during weekends, as there are many people using the pool then going wet inside the elevator. No towels available when you use the pool and there is absence of a shower area. The lobby is also very hot which is very uncomfy when waiting for the check in time. The breakfast area is also chaotic. They ran out of mugs/glasses pretty quickly. No checking if you are hotel guest or not. You basically just go in and eat.

Fantastic stay, good service, good view, clean & breakfast is good

I booked my room for 5 persons but the staff set up just 2 glasses, when i called him and asked to need more glasses the staff said cannot provide more glasses to me because he had left just 2 glasses and if i really need it i have to go to downstairs to picked up by myself. The room was big but hot because of air condition. A cup of tea wasn’t clean enough. Nothing nearby the hotel. Staff was poor service

The hotel is located in a very good area, with a beautiful view of the sea. I booked a Deluxe room with panoramic windows. It was the best decision, that later I even extended the room. The staff is very kind and tries to help, which they tell very well. Yes, of course, the hotel is already outdated and needs repair, but, probably, the atmosphere and location itself add more emotions and erase such unpleasant moments as old repair.

If there was a problem with the room access card, they helped fix the problem. Cleanliness or condition may be average according to the price. Open your mind a little. Staying for less than 2,000 per night, hoping for a 5-star hotel is not possible. This is what I got for less than 1,000 per night, so it's ok. Staying in the room only while sleeping. I just don't have space to spread out my bag. Storage is OK, air conditioning is cool, all amenities are complete. The bathroom has a glass cabinet but does not separate dry and wet zones. The bedroom may not be very soundproof. Breakfast is ok, good view looking at the sea. Employees are good at helping solve problems.

2024/04/18-04/22 We are tourists from Taiwan. We booked a room for 3 people with sea view and free breakfast. The breakfast was impeccable. It was healthy and filling. The service staff in the restaurant were very friendly, especially the aunt who cooked poached eggs or omelette eggs. She was super polite and full of smiles. In addition, although the swimming pool on the 12th floor is not big, the scenery is really beautiful, especially when swimming in the morning, it is very comfortable. The space in the room is very large and spacious. Although there are two double beds, they are extra large. There is enough space for two obese young people to lie down and turn over. The mattress itself is elastic and firm, which is our favorite mattress. Comfortable, the pillows are slightly soft. The toilet provides all the utensils, but the space is not very big, dry and wet are separated, the towels provided are lightly scented, and the shower gel is also easy to use. The staff at the counter are friendly. If you want to wash clothes, it costs 40,000VND/1kg. If you bring it to the counter before 10 o'clock in the morning, you can pick it up that evening. Overall, the more troublesome thing is the room card. There are three of us living there and there is only one room card. The card slot in the room cannot put cards of the same size into the room to sense the power supply system in the room. In addition, the geographical location is not far from My Khe Beach. There's a long way to go, There are quite a few vendors nearby who set up stalls at night, and there is also a mini supermarket 5-10 minutes' walk away. The drinks, coffee powder, jelly, and biscuits sold there are very cheap.

 I booked this hotel the first night and was very impressed, so I rebooked for the second time to leave my luggage before flying and wait to take pictures of the beautiful view at night. The first night, booking a room for 3 people was very good. You could see a view of the city and the river bridge over the Han River from the hotel. I got a room on the 10th floor. Booked the second time and got a room on the 9th floor with a window but couldn't see any view. It's okay. I left my bags for just a moment. If you want to see the view, you can go up to the 360-degree observation deck. This is a very good beachfront hotel. The breakfast is delicious, but it might be a bit far from the crowded restaurants and the beach. There are a lot of people, but the nearby hotel has a mart, a restaurant, and a beach for swimming and walking, and there are a lot of people playing. But not as many as the beach zone below. I really like this place because here you can see the view everywhere, from the beach above to the beach below. On days when the sky is clear, there is no dust, you can see clearly, it is very beautiful. City view, sea view, mountain view are all here. Very good value for money. Definitely next time I have to come back here.

The room price is reasonable, but the facilities are a bit old, and there are many ants on the floor and walls every day.
