I have stayed at the Novotel Danang more than 7 times so far.
I chose it because it is easily accessible from the airport and because it is close to restaurants and shopping centers, but most of all, I have used it a lot because I am satisfied with the hotel breakfast and service.
However, since last fall, not only has the variety of breakfast menus decreased noticeably, but the number of serving staff has also decreased, so hot corner food was prepared in bulk in advance and served cold, and coffee drinks were hardly served, so customers had to get them themselves. The salad corner was also missing major items, including olives, and more than half of the bread and yogurt corners were also missing, so there was not much to eat.
A hotel is a business that provides service according to the price paid by the customer, but I think that it should secure competitiveness by upgrading the service and setting a reasonable price that matches the price, rather than downgrading the service according to the price.
I was very disappointed by the downgrade in service that I witnessed during my two recent visits, and I decided not to visit Danang any more.
