We arrived at night time and the place looked like a ghost town. You’d think for a tourist destination and a resort with a few hundred rooms that there would be people there, but it felt like we were the only guests.
Breakfast time also felt the same, where a room that could seat 500+ had 10 people in it. I give it to them though, they put on a hell of a breakfast.
The housekeeping team, whilst friendly, speak no English and in the 7 nights we were there, cleaned the bathroom once and never looked in the shower. Our soaps were all empty and they left no toilet paper multiple times.
For a “5” star facility, it definitely didn’t feel like one. We were ready to leave after the first night and find accomodation elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend, unless you are after a large bed to sleep in, a decent breakfast and then head out for the whole day.
The resort could be one of the premier resorts in DaNang if they took some pride and maintenance around the place. I’m sure there will be a reason, but for the east wing too also be abandoned/run down and not in use made the place feel like an apocalypse had hit it.

It's a very spacious and luxurious hotel because it was built a long time ago.
I'm also very satisfied with the breakfast.. I couldn't swim because it was cold,
but I want to swim next time on a clear day~
