Booked the hotel first for 15 nights. Deluxe room with balcony and city view. Then extended the same room for another 5 nights. We were satisfied with our stay. Excellent, new hotel. Quiet location. Located 2 minutes walk from the main road. So there is no noise from the road. The sea is in 5 minutes walk. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and stores around. There is a store near the hotel. You can buy food there. The hotel has underground parking. The room is spacious and bright. Lots of windows, there is a balcony. Good big bed. The mattress on the bed is comfortable for sleeping. Asked the staff for 2 more pillows and they gave them to us. The room was cleaned every day. The room has a large refrigerator, stove, hood over the stove. There are kitchen utensils (plates, cups, forks, mugs). The bathroom and toilet are excellent. There is hot water. Good pressure. The hotel staff is wonderful. Helped to solve all arising questions. We rented a motorcycle. The hotel employee at the reception helped us with this. Next visit we will stay in this hotel.

This is a new hotel situated in back streets 15 min walk to beach. Its clean and rooms are large and staff are friendly. Down side it it's noisy with construction going on next door which starts at 6am also roosters and dogs at nights. I've been using airplugs to not get disturbed.sleep.

I booked two nights at this place, the most unpleasant experience during my stay in Vietnam.
DISADVANTAGES:
- cockroaches. I found a cockroach on the very first evening. I was very tired, so I decided not to tell the staff and decided to sleep. On the second evening I also saw a huge cockroach in the room 😭 so I decided not to spend the night. I had to look for and book another hotel at 10 pm. The reception offered to look for another room, but I refused.
- smell in the bathroom. There was no smell when I checked in, but after the first shower there was an unpleasant smell that did not go away.
- mediocre level of cleanliness. The floor was dirty.
- noise. I slept badly because of some noise on the street and fear of cockroaches.
ADVANTAGES:
- the staff is friendly.
- the room was large.
- new furniture.

Min the receptionist was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. She deserves a bonus!
Great place to stay for a few days. Modern rooms.
The only negative is the karaoke down the road but that's very normal for Vietnam
